So, I am currently overweight due to alot of reasons, some being personal, but another one is because I ate bad food. Such as coco puffs for breakfast, poutine/pizza for launch, pizza/fries/hamburger/hotdog etc. for dinner, ice cream desert and possibly another dinner. Yes this is alot. Anyways time for diet.
Now I am going to be eating salads, protein shakes, and the odd bad food, I have started this for a few days now but only implemented cardio exercises today.
My exercises consist of 20-50 minutes of weights, and 40 minutes of cardio. I will be updating this daily so yeah. Anyways I am going to update this daily, if you hate on weight or past habits, go ahead, it gives me motivation to change myself.

| Same been working out. Some scouts from colleage watching me. I got a strong armnand accuracy not mobilty gotta lose some weight. And dont even laugh its serious. What if you were like us? How would you feel? |

| Well for one there are actually tons of fat people who play sports, the harder you play the sports the more fit you'll get, and to be honest working out in general is useless unless you diet. |
