| It really depends on your issue, I think exploits take almost a whole day. |

It happened to me in 2013 i lost 200k RAP and never got it back :/

I also sent an email to ROBLOX because my alt got hacked and they gave me a ticket number too. I guess they give the ticket numbers to everyone who emails them. Just wait for them to reply. It may take a couple of days...
Oh my gosh, ROBLOX, reply to my email please ;-; |

It should inform how long it takes to reply back. Most likely 48-72 hours.
Tried turning it on and off again? |
