| he didn't realize that it's a little suspicious that every single game he has and all f2p games have all their achievements unlocked. Someone said that the reported him, and he sent me his skins on CSGO to hold, am I at a risk of being banned too? |

"a little" more like a lot. I can't even get half the achievements in Portal and I've spent 320 hours in TF2, only to get 42% of all the achievements
You might get banned but I don't think Valve cares enough to ban you over something like CSGO skins, as long as they were obtained legitimately.
Maybe you should tell your friend silly achievement manager using friend trix are for kids! and keep his skins |

| I have one question. Why would anyone care enough to report a person over achievements? I don't think they effect anything. |
