I'm not actually.
I just want the US to not be destroyed by anarchic supreme court justices that have no respect for the Constitution.
There is no "marriage amendment", thus the 14th amendment does apply, nor do the marriage laws say that because of your s3xu4l preferences you cannot marry somebody of the opposite gender -- it simple says you CAN marry somebody of the opposite gender, regardless of your preferences, thus it is not discriminatory. And the 1st amendment has nothing to do with it.
If I had my way the government would be taken out of marriage completely. |
