About the redistribution of power within the network: Shortly after our public test 6 months ago Neovus dismissed me from my duties at the Battle Network - citing that Ryry99 would cover while I pursued my own game development.
This obviously didn't work out. Ryry99 couldn't/didn't finish the project.
Fast forward 6 months later, the battle network dev team has done literally nothing since I left. Meanwhile I've created 2 games and written an entire framework for large scale service-based game architecture. After talking with Neo, we've come to the conclusion that I will take complete control of the Network - becoming the new manager, developer, and moderator.
Neo is still a part of the network, don't worry.

Every piece of code is being rewritten for the new framework, Righteous. Approximately 80% is finished - all we have left is tile queuing and a few polish things.
It's filtering enabled and lag-free enough to run on an iPhone. |

We're also creating a version of the network specifically designed for wars. That is, only 2 clans and their allies may enter the war network. There will be mre explanation later on this.

As like, 99% of roboxians are European or American timezones we're adding a time that the battle network is 'open'. You'll be unable to raid while it's closed.
we're also thinking of creating a chrome extension (maybe iphone app?) to notify groups when their tiles are under raid. |

Clan registrations will be in-network. Moderators will have a GUI that they can use to sign groups up.
You'll still need to go through a moderator as there are still certain requirements. |

When will it finish? ETA for first public test: 2-3 weeks
Can TFC use our bows If you don't mind them acting like guns. We can't make exceptions for the scripts used by each group but we plan on letting you use your own gun models.
What about sword clans? Ehhhh. Too bad? (Still no idea what we're gonna do about them)
Will there be islands and stuff? Probably. With boats. Oh and sky-fortresses
An economy system which makes certain land higher than others? That's a pretty good idea.
Forts or just warzones when invading? Clarify? |

Also, until the ESR system is ironed out. It's up to the clans to patrol their tiles. Literally patrols finally matter. |

In the group v group war network the following conditions apply:
As the groups use their own private network for their war they must pay a predetermined payment per day that they rent.
After there is a clear decided victor of the private network the winner takes 70% of the total paid to the Battle Network - providing a clear and real incentive for wars. |

And at night it'll be locked :)
We'll probably also do a thing where there has to be players representing the raided clan online and in the network (just not necessarily in the tile). |
