There were about a hundred of old Windows XP desktops that were paired with a crappy CRT monitor and a generic keyboard. I was always the computer geek in my grade, so I knew how to mess up the computers, despite me being somewhat young. One time, when my class was in the computer lab and we had to leave, I quickly got up and flipped several computers' screens upside down and unplugged a few of the computers' keyboards and mice ( right after the teacher exited the room ). The school's tech management was one of the worst, so they ended up struggling to fix it. I'm serious, they put "Broken, do not use" signs on those very computers that I slightly messed up. |

They ended up being fixed like a week later. I swear, I think they had to install a fresh version of Windows XP on it.
When I was in 6th grade, I got even better. I made a .BAT file disguised as AVG antivirus ( that started whenever you opened the computer ), and if you typed the letter "b", the computer would enter "vcjiw0erj9vdfjoa" while rapidly opening and closing the CD rom drive. Yes, it was a very basic .bat script, but it was hilarious seeing the teacher's reaction of it happening on an innocent student. |

"One time my friend actually replace the processors of the computers with crappy ones (IDK HOW!?!) and everyone was complaining about the computers having BSODS" HAHAH, PERFECT I bet he replaced a Pentium 4 computer's CPU with a really awful Celeron. That's just amazing. He should've also switched up the front panel's connectors, so the reset button turns on the computer and the power button resets the computer. |

Oh, and he could've replaced the RAM with like 64MB for bonus points. If he could've taken off the thermal paste, that'd be overkill. |

"it gets even better when op goes to high school right" No, we have iPads now. It sucks, you can't mess them up :( Oh, and the tech department at my high school has people that are actually PC gamers and build computers a lot. They would fix it fast. |

Man, if I was able to have a computer lab and have time to mess up the insides of the school computers, I would do some pretty hilarious stuff. Probably put mayonnaise on the CPU, tape the computer fan down so it doesn't move but rather sends the power back to the motherboard and possibly damages it, flip the front panels, put a magnet on the HDD...
I have a bunch of old computers that I could do this stuff to, but they are collectible and I want to sell them. |

"how do you flip the screens" It was an option on the monitor. You could flip the screen in Windows XP with a keyboard shortcut, but that would reset if you powered off the computer, and I didn't want that to happen. |

@lel Most likely not, that would be cool though. There's something similar to it called RAID, but that's with HDDs and not all of the parts on a computer in particular. The computers were old, though. I swear, they were designed for Windows 98. |

"he got expelled." That's not something to get expelled for. It's a simple script that can be typed in any Windows XP computer with access to notepad. |
