Welcome, to the IAF tactics guide. Here you will learn how to fight in terrains, how to remain stealthy, and all around know how to be a ruthless killing machine in battle.
Chapter 1:Battle When in open field combat ALWAYS bunny hop. This will lessen your chances of getting hit by bullets. Also, ALWAYS move from cover to cover to protect yourself as you take ground. Make sure to maintain communication between teammates and hide your name if possible. Also, always wear your uniform so your friends can distinguish you between friendly and enemy. Always listen to orders from your superiors because if you don't you will be demoted.
Chapter 2:Stealth Always blend in with surroundings so you can sneak up on the enemy and have the element of surprise. Hide your name and maintain radio silence when on stealth missions, do not make unnecessary noise, that can give you away.
Chapter 3:Scouting Always know the layout of the place you will attack, send in a scouting unit to figure out the layout, the guns and then use this knowledge to plan out your attack. Refer to the previous chapter to help you with scouting. Engage the enemy too to see how they like to fight.
Chapter 4:Taking ground When taking ground ALWAYS have someone cover you as you advance because an enemy that you don't see can slip right past you, but the man covering you spots him, he can kill that man looking to do you harm as you take ground. Also, move from cover to cover and hide your name. If there are any vehicles you can use try loading up your men onto those to take ground faster.
Chapter 5:Combat Urban combat can be difficult because there are a lot of factors going into this such as Snipers, ambushes, and traps. When going into urban combat ALWAYS have someone take the lead and follow his steps, if he crouches that means he's probably detected something wrong and you need to take cover. If the man who is taking the lead sees an enemy he needs to tell the others and say if the enemy is at the right, left, or in front of them by saying things like:"CONTACT FRONT" "CONTACT LEFT" "CONTACT RIGHT". At that moment, fire and take cover. If a man in your force mysteriously suddenly dies then that means there is probably a sniper. If you see a man die and no enemies around shout:"MAN DOWN, TAKE COVER" to let everyone know that there is an unseen threat out there. If there are radio communications, say it on radio. When moving through the streets of a city always have two or three snipers on overwatch to help protect your men from unseen threats.
Chapter 6:Rural combat In rural combat you may be walking through fields of grass or snow, not much cover. This is also a deadly field of battle to get stuck in because your basically exposed to snipers and spotters. When fighting here always have the Commanding officer in the middle to protect the leader of the group, because he needs to give out orders and without that leadership you'll just be running into battle like a blind chicken with a gun and die. If you hear a shot or one of your men dies, get down and try to find the direction from where it came from.
This is the IAF tactics guide, follow it and you will be victorious.

| If I am in a rual area, then shouldn't I (and my team) bunnyhop to derase our chances of being hit?, like forsay you are a sniper, will you more liely hit a walking target or a target jumping around in a frenzy, you should bunny hop until sufficent cover is found, it generaly reduces the teams hitbox, also I also suggest that hats should not be used in any kind of raid or defense, it widens your hitbox, and could give you away when crouching, and defienetly lead to your death, I am aware at the NDA that shooting their hat removes it, but this whole guide pretains to any place, anywhere, as a man who goes back to bunnyhopping, in a urban area, and a sniper gets ya, shouldn't we all bunnyhop to cover?, as I said with the rual area thing bunnyhopping makes you less of a target to a sniper, Please tell me how I may be wrong, thanks. |
