5'10 200 lbs doesn't mean obese either btw
it can be muscle- im 5'11 and ill be around 200 in the next 4-5 months |

if you've got 70 additional pounds of muscle (average healthy weight for 5'9" is around 130 as far as i'm aware) you probably have a bit of a problem

| weightlifting is healthy yeah, but if I recall correctly (which I may not) it's unhealthy to have an extremely high muscle percentage and low body fat |
