This is an idea I thought of, title needed. It's a mix of a lot of different games I've played.
You have your kingdom. You have buildings like Armory, Archers, Mage Building, and maybe something else. You can upgrade your troops stats for each type of building.
The way you earn gold (at least the main way), is by going to War with other players in your server. This would be a Multiplayer system. War's last 10 minutes, and are a face off between you and an another player. You have to destroy something like a Main Building in the other players Kingdom (base) to win. You and your AI troops will fight the opponent. This part of the game is inspirited by the game "Field of Battle".
Battles are more dynamic because of how you would upgrade your troops. You can upgrade these main stats: - Damage - Health - Regen Rate - Unit Cap
Regen Rate is how fast troops spawn if the number of Unit Cap isn't full. They'll spawn from your building and join the fight. The Regen Rate timer won't restart until your Unit Cap isn't full, so you won't have instant reinforcements if your whole army is killed.
Players would be matched together based on Level.
That's the basics of how it would work. Tell me what you think below. If you have another type of troop you can think of that'd be good too. An idea for game play other than Multiplayer would be appreciate.
If you have any feedback or suggestions about how something in the game should work, post that too. That's all I have so far. |

| I like the game already, my question is, will the players be able to walk around the map and view other's bases or is it a game where players are cameras? |

| You would be in the fight with your character. You would fight AI's from troop buildings or the actual opponent. That's also another thing you could upgrade I suppose. You could either upgrade your army or try and go commando. |

| I thought this would be a game where you control the Ai's from afar, but this sounds even cooler. I support your game! |

| If you've ever played Field Of Battle, it'd be like that where the AI's automatically find the closest enemy and fight them. |

Due to the new pathfinding AI (cited source here) http://blog.roblox.com/2014/07/make-smarter-npcs-using-new-pathfinding-script-functions/
I could possibly help with making AI if needed. |

| What if there are no players that match your level? Distinctly superior players would woefully overpower a lesser-able player. |

I plan to have around 30 players per server. That should be enough to find a similar player.
I could add a separate place using universes, and for level 50+ only or something like that. |

| I think if there are no players near your level then you have the chance to develop your empire and grow in size and power. Plus, the game will probably try to match you with someone in your level range. |

| You wouldn't automatically get matched. I'll set up a Main Menu to upgrade your buildings at, and then you can click Play from there. |

| If you make all the things you're saying, then I'm willing to play this game a lot. It sounds very interseting. :D |

How about including a second "basic" mode to serve as a backup? Let me explain.
Level 50 and a level 14 meet on the battlefield - rough chances for the 14. However, there's nobody else around due to a late server and both want to play. They can launch a special game mode in which level is thrown out the window and units for all players involved have a standardized ability, level and skill set at a mid-level equivalency. This is so that if you had any special abilities unlocked by level, you could have something that is cool and fun for the newbie yet not boring for the pro.
Capitalist points: Make it a consumable system available with Robux and/or include a "free-trial" mode for new players. |

| I think the idea for a Basic mode is a start, but could be done better. |

This is a great game idea, but would take a long time to develop and make it look "good" with detail.
I don't have any names in mind, but I will get back to you if I have any.
Message me if you need something as usual. |

Honestly I basically only saw this that caught my attention
You have to destroy something like a Main Building in the other players Kingdom (base) to win. |

| Well back when there were kingdoms w/ kings and such, didn't some wars end with the death of someone or the storming/capture of some place? |

This wouldn't be like boom beach. Your both on different sides of a map, and you and your AI's fight the enemy. First to destroy their Main Building Wins.
If you have a better idea of how to win post. |

I can set up Wars in two ways:
1. When you join the game, you are put into a menu. From there, you can click Play and wait for someone to match up with with. From there you are teleported to another game, and after the game ends you teleport back to the main menu place.
2. All the games are hosted in one server. This is probably not the best because it could cause a lag of lag if a lot of people are in War at the same time. |
