idk what that is at all
those two programs came from a handful of people telling me some stuff and what they use
i don't draw i just trace junk and scribble other things for other purposes |

I don't really recommend the mouse, but if it's your only choice. Use LazyMouse for lineart after scanning. You can use MyPaint, Autodesk Sketchbook Copic Edition or the highly used Paint Tool SAI with LazyMouse.
I recommend doing it on a graphics tablet. :) |

Paint Tool SAI sucks It's not free Get paint.net, or if you are a nerd get GIMP. (I still can't figure out how to use that thing!) |
