Here's a Blissey strategy: -Keep the moves in the moveset varied types (don't teach it only fairy type moves). I recommend teaching it Ice Beam at some point. You can also teach it a status move.
-Make sure it knows Protect.
-Train it's base HP and Defense via Super Training. If you're not doing this in a gen 6 game, give it some Iron and make sure the Blissey knows Soft-Boiled.
-Give it Leftovers, a Shell Bell, or a Rocky Helmet. If it happens to have a very low attack stat, give it an item that'll boost the power of one of it's moves. (Silk Scarf, Twisted Spoon, etc.)
And ta-daa! You have a tank!
"But what if the opponent uses a 1-hit KO move?" If you know the opponent knows Destiny Bond, use a status move, such as Toxic or Will-O-Wisp. You can also use a Pokemon with Snow Warning, but the hail will buffet your Blissey.
For Relic Song, just constantly switch out.
If you know your opponent knows Gullotine, Horn Drill, or etc, Protect will come in handy.

Also, a strategy/glitch for Pokemon Black/White that can really help against a friend that constantly uses Trick Room.
-Have a pokemon with a high speed stat, and a speed-raising move.
-Keep using the speed-raising move until your pokemon's speed stat is over 1809.
Due to a glitch, the pokemon will ignore the effects of Trick Room and attack first. |

Step One: Load up a randomized Pokemon Emerald. Step Two: Catch a Spearow. Step Three: Evolve it. Step Four: You win. GG.
I made a new word! It's called plagiarism! |
