1\\] Justice and Truth, The Frostarian Way | Written by: Draynar
In light of TPHG’s resignation from RAT once more, we needed a new Chief Justice. To fulfil this role, the Grand Admiral has transferred meto02, previous Commissioner of Homeworld Security, to the title of Chief Justice of Frostaria. More information on the changes this will cause, can be found in the story below (section 2, edition 8). With this, Meto has now completely taken a new vision for the Judiciary Department. Almost immediately after his title was bestowed upon him, two new Justice Marshals were chosen, MoolegoTheCow and VoidWitch.
Chief Justice meto02 was interviewed about a week after he was made Chief Justice, so that he had time to settle into his new position. The first question he was asked was, “Why were you chosen as the newest Chief Justice?” We all want to know the answer to this, as there were many Admirals and even some Marshals who could have made a respectable Chief Justice. Meto responded, “I was the preferable choice after my predecessors, and to put it simply, I wanted the position, and have some passion for law.” Well, with Meto having a passion for law and wanting the position, we see that he is actually interested in the position and will work hard to improve his new department.
Now, when TPHG resigned, the Justice Department was left in disarray. The Frostarian community wants to know what new plans meto might have for the Justice Department. Unfortunately, Chief Justice meto02 had stated that those plans are secret and confidential for the time being and not approved for public release. However, this shows that there are plans underway! The final question for meto02 was, “Do you think this role will be more difficult, than as Commissioner?” We know that as HWS Commissioner, meto already faced a large workload and many duties were expected from him. If this position is more difficult, than meto won’t have a big problem handling it with his experience. Meto’s response was, “Yes, with greater power comes greater responsibility.” A world-renowned phrase and an appropriate one for this situation.
Well, enough with meto, the new Justice Marshals deserve their chance in the spotlight as well! Justice Marshal VoidWitch managed to spare some time for three quick questions. His first question was, “How did you become Justice Marshal?” Void responded, “While I had the capability to go into other areas, Justice seemed as if it currently had the biggest workload and as such, I put forward my interest in Justice prior to the current Chief Justice being chosen, and due to my large amounts of work in various committees, I was made a Justice Marshal when he was promoted.” It’s great to see that Marshal VoidWitch is trying to work even more, so that he can get back to his previous rank of Admiral!
He was then asked if he had any previous experience in the Justice Department before, as many Frostarians want people experienced in the area to help lead it. His answer was, “I suppose, being an admiral back in 2013, the boundaries of my job were a lot more lax and the admiral in charge of Justice at the time was relatively inactive and to be honest, useless, as such I often assumed his role. However, it is safe to say the parameters of the job have changed somewhat since then.” It’s good to know that even though VoidWitch has some experience in the Department, he still has more to learn!
The final question VoidWitch was asked was, “Why did you want to become a Justice Marshal?” We want to know if it is interesting to him, or if he just wanted the rank. Void’s answer was, “I wanted to become a Justice marshal due to the fact there was a lot of work there and I'd already done the majority of work needed for my primary committee Progression, and as such, put forward my interest in Justice.” Work, work, work. Void will get that with the Justice Department under Meto’s firm control!
Then, Justice Marshal MoolegoTheCow was asked the same questions. Moolego’s response to the first question, “How did you become a Justice Marshal?”, was “I was a Homeworld Security Marshal under Meto02 previously. Since Homeworld was converted to purely a division and the department was suspended, Meto was appointed Chief Justice and I followed suit as his Marshal.” We know that moolego was hardworking enough that Meto02 decided to transfer him over to his department to keep on with his hard work ethics.
Unlike VoidWitch, Moolego had actual hands-on experience in the Justice Department. Moo’s explanation of his previous experience in the Justice Department went like this, “A couple years ago when I was an Admiral, I was the Head of the Justice Department and ran the entire program myself. Later on when I became the Great Admiral of Internal Affairs, I continued to run the Justice sector among other affairs for an extended period of time before resigning.” Wow! It’s good to know we have a good veteran, as a Marshal, in the Justice Department.
Moolego’s response to the third and final question was illuminating. “Why did he want to be a Justice Marshal in the first place?”. He answered, “I wanted to become a Justice Marshal because now that school's over and I'll have free time for the next couple years, I can contribute to the clan again. I wish to help the clan progress and flourish by offering up my experience and knowledge to the High Command concerning my field of expertise.” An excellent response to be sure!
The new Justice Department will do great things in the future! With an excellent Chief Justice and two experienced Marshals, it will go far. Now, we must wait and see...

2\\] Well Needed Changes | Written by: KingAktar
Recent changes voted in by the High Command have delved deeper into a questioning situation, as the Homeworld Security Committee and Department have been dismissed. The Committee, full with members, was running decently well and improving when the High Command decided that Homeworld Security did not require a department and committee anymore. The biggest and most confusing dilemma is the Homeworld Security Division, which is now commissioned by former Marshal Runesman181, who was sadly demoted after the Homeworld Security Department was abolished. The head of the former department, Admiral Meto02, and the Co-Head Marshal MoolegoTheCow, were both transferred to the Justice Department, along with a new and uprising Marshal, VoidWitch. Sadly, I didn’t get the chance to interview the former Commissioner of Homeworld Security, and current Chief Justice of Frostaria, meto02. However, I was allowed to speak with him briefly during his studies, and he mentioned how it is a step into the future; along with the fact that Homeworld was not as needed as it was before and he liked the changes. These changes could be unknown and unexpected to some of Frostaria, but it was all for the better. The Homeworld Security division will continue to strive, along with giving Justicar Runesman181, an experience he will never forget. Sadly, runesman181 and I never got a chance to see each other on the situation. But he mentioned in the recently updated medical Skype chat and his recent forum post, that he looks for a better future. Along with the introduction of a new Commissioner and changes to Homeworld Security, the new Commissioner has chosen two new Directors of the Medical Branch, which have been striving for a very long time, 4Kayla4 and Circular. The two new Directors happen to be the former Surgeon Generals before the rank was abolished, and they have both already started improving the Medical Branch drastically. I was able to interview one of the new Director’s, Progression Marshal CircuIar on the confusing situation. He mentioned how he already has “ideas for the future” and the assigning of a new Deputy Director is one of those changes, in which currently Shinedown204 and KingAktar are battling it out, for the glory of this position. He also mentioned how he was surprisingly upset with the closing of the committee, as it was sort of a “cut from a job” and he hopes the best for the others. Again, all of these changes may be questionable but they are for the greater good of Frostaria. The future smells fantastic, as Frostaria will need the Homeworld changes for the new and exciting war against The First Encounter Assault Recon, RSF, and Vortex Security. Homeworld will continue to grow, as a new era is under its wing, with the newest Commissioner Runesman181, striving to create a better future.
Just because Homeworld Security is undergoing reforms, doesn’t mean we won’t have new Medics. Currently the newest medics are Shinedown204, iKeno, OSIRISED, blackst10, Zaquix, Parixity, iSophiez, xScyke and FakeRaichu. You can still apply to become a Medic, it’s never too late! > [ https://twitter.com/FrostarianNews/status/583748244640890880 ]

3\\] Colorful Communication | Written by: iSython
After a lot of effort and mass support, there are finally going to be some major changes to the Communication Core Division. The first one is the prospect of having a magazine. After 2 monthly editions, Chief Editor iSython finally took his time and wrote a very detailed proposal suggesting the possibilities of a Frostarian magazine and how they would go about making it. The magazine will most likely be released at the end of August because of the amount of effort it’s going to take, just planning and making it. We’re trying to make it as realistic as possible and have content that’s never been shown before. The Magazine will also include a few competitions which will be giving other Frostarians a chance to be included in it. One such competition has already been concluded in the last edition, for the name of the magazine and the winner is, ModeII with “Frostarian Solstice”. The month of June will be spent planning the magazine’s layout and stories. At the end of the proposal, it was concluded that even though Editors have a cap and is full, we are going to give a chance for a few more people to join Editors, once the planning stage is all done and concluded.
Already, the Magazine has started the planning stage straight after the proposal got accepted. Currently the team working on the planning are iSython, Nooksi28, Infexous, Draynar, Shinedown204, Beastyboy1029, KingAktar, Obiwananandeeznuts, Kjr51 and Parixity. All of them have been a part of this since the beginning, with exception of Beastyboy1029, who will help us with more ideas with his Diplomatic mind. The magazine will be split into 4 different parts other than the normal things like the Front Cover, Contents Page, and so on. The Preview section will be about upcoming technology, forts or competitions in RAT. Also it can include upcoming clans in the clan world. An interview section will be a 2 page spread with someone asking them details and learning more about them and their accomplishments. We can include not only GA+ interviews, but with also major leaders and even a moderator or 2. A feature will be something that has a lot of information to it. It’s the main thing in the magazine and is always in the middle of it. Finally, the Review is going to be pretty simple, just reviewing things. Obviously at the end you have to rate it out of 10. It can be on guns and forts or could be on some mechanics in Roblox or whatever.
At the end of the magazine, anything that just doesn’t fit, will be placed there. We have already discussed the possibility of a Lore feature, with not only the main Frostarian Lore, but also Geography. I’m interested in seeing a history feature as well, with all of RAT’s history cut down in brief, but at least able to fit on 2 pages. We’re also giving chances to people who aren’t editors to have a story inside. If you haven’t heard of the old divisions or know the current divisions history, well that’s going to be included as well. We have many other things planned and we just started. However, the most interesting thing that's being talked about is a Frostarian Fashion feature. It’s complicated to make as we really don’t have a lot of custom uniforms in RAT. We can focus it on different hat combos, but it really depends. What do you guys think?
A bigger change to the Communications Core Division is the newest rank of Photographer. This proposal gained mass support from the whole division because of what it entails. The whole aim of this rank is for people to have a chance to create designs and pictures for the division in places that need it, due to the fact that Sparrow Corp is way too busy, with their own projects. iNFeXous, who many people know, became the Overseer for the Photographer rank. It’s no surprise because of how amazing he is in making graphics and how he also majorly helped out with the Monthly Edition. iSython and Nooksi28 were the brains behind the rank, while iNFeXous wrote the Proposal with the help of Nooksi28. Starting off in the rank gives the Photographers a chance to give pictures for Twitter, The Monthly Edition, and later the Magazine which is going to need a lot of help with. Eventually there are other ideas that Photographers can do in the future, but it all depends on how they do in the present. Already with the applications for the rank out, it’s in a very high demand. If you really want to help with the Magazine by giving graphics or pictures, I suggest you apply now.
They may have made the proposals, but I went digging and interviewed Nooksi28, iNFeXous and Swordmaker on their personal opinions of both proposals and their opinions of the Communications Core Division in general.
Nooksi28, a mysterious Officer, randomly popped up to Marshal a few weeks ago and now manages Community Resources and the Communications Core Division. Many of you don’t know, but he’s the one that has proofread all the Frostarian Times editions, since the 3rd edition. His outstanding activity made him one of the original Vindicators, first Australian Justicar and also Marshal, a Honors member. He also got selected into the Honors Committee, and he also handles all the applications for the Communications Core division and Community Resources Committee. He should be everyone’s role model in RAT after all the hard work he’s put into the group. His thoughts on the Communications Core makes him proud considering the division was only made 3 months ago and has accomplished so much. Despite technical difficulties with streamers, he believes that, “These two new ranks, along with the already successful editors and reporters, will definitely advance the Division and in turn, will help make a much more stronger, informed, and entertained community”. After all the effort he puts in the motions, he’s happy that both passed because both wouldn't have worked without each other. Despite the idea, originally iSython’s, once he heard the idea, he put a lot of effort and passion in it. His description of his hard work is; “The creation of the photographer rank, was a passion of mine. There are so many talented graphics makers, 3D artists, and photo-takers in RAT, but not all can get into SPC, due to security reasons. Therefore, these talented individuals -who wanted to help RAT- were not able to utilise their real potential”. iSython, the Chief Editor of the Frostarian Times, put a lot of effort into the magazine proposal, but Nooksi28 was the one who brought it up from scratch. Nooksi28 has this to say about the magazine; “The annual magazine, is a major Editor project in the works, which is planned to be much greater in size, compared to the newspaper. Without the formation of the photographer rank, this would have been an impossible task for the Editors alone, as it would require the skills of both the editors and photographers”. All of the Communications Core Division is proud to have someone like Nooksi28 here because without him the reporters and slightly editors wouldn't have been able to manage without him.
Once upon a time, a few years back, was an admiral named iNFeXous who ran External Affairs under CJ’s era, but due to personal issues, had to retire. Since then he has returned better than ever, with his awesome graphic skills. iNFeXous is on several Committees, with the most notable one being Community Resources, in which he now manages the Communications Core Photography rank, while being a Justice Marshal at the same time. It’s a big task for him, but so far with the proposal he wrote for Photographers, he has changed everything for everyone wanting a chance in the big game. He sees the expansion of the Communication Core Division, as a big plus for RAT, as this will benefit everyone in many ways and more in the future. His thoughts on the motions are, “The Frostarian Magazine is a great way of expressing different things appearing in Frostarian culture. The many different sections of it definitely showcases things that the Frostarian Times would not be able to achieve, and gives the Editors a new plateful of things to accomplish. As for the Photographer rank, as being head of it, I think this is a great subject to add to Communications Core, as a great way of connecting photographers and photo-editors with the rest of the community, and as an individual who adores art, I think this is a great addition”. So far the Photographer rank is in high demand. We can only wait and find out how he’s going to manage the rank.
One of the hardest working Admirals in RAT, Swordmaker, wasn’t always in RAT. He only joined a year ago and has already made the community more outstanding than ever before. His biggest achievement he says, is simply just joining RAT. He feels that “Being apart of RAT is not only entering a family full of hardworking and welcoming people, but is also a new beginning of a greater understanding of what patriotism on this game is, and it revolves around Frostaria”. Swordmaker is especially appreciative of every hard working member in the Communications Core division, that has contributed to making RAT stand out more. He believes that no other clan has made the community have a voice like RAT does. His thoughts on the 2 motions that were brought forward are “I feel that there may have been more efficient ways to implement the Photographer rank, however, the magazine was a great idea. I'm excited to see what comes from these new additions to the Communications Core”. The division personally thanks Swordmaker for all the hard work he’s put forward into it.
Just looking back at all of this makes me personally proud of how far the division has grown. It’s only been 3 months and I can say -as literally one of the first members in the division- that we have not only grown in members, but have highly progressed in structure where no other division has gone before. It’s only been a week, but with the applications for the new rank growing and new ideas popping left and right for the magazine, it makes me personally happy for all I’ve put into The Frostarian Times. My question to the readers is, what do you think is the next rank the Communications Core Division might add in the far future?
Currently the Communications Core is welcoming it’s newest members, Dmann3 who achieved Counselor, iComrade and Xuenous who got accepted as Editors, and Zaquix on getting Photographer. The Communications Core Division still is open in the ranks, and feel free to apply here! >[ https://twitter.com/FrostarianNews/status/605465021527785474 ]

4\\] Bear Hugging Season | Written by: Parixity
It’s been two weeks since Beastyboy1029 became an Admiral, and he has been working extremely hard throughout his first few weeks, functioning as an Admiral. However, Beasty was eventually going to have to decide on which Justicar will be promoted to Marshal, to work on the Admiral’s specific field of work. Admirals usually hold specific jobs, and they train the Marshals they chose, to take their place when they can no longer serve, or are promoted in any sort of aspect.
Beastyboy1029 would have liked to have multiple Marshals, but he could only choose one, thus TyroneHD became Beasty’s Marshal. Beasty chose him, as he was a very hard working Justicar and fellow Communications Core Reporter, who had been a very close friend of his. Therefore he had a clear understanding, of the capabilities and talents of Tyrone. We decided to interview the new Marshal in order to find out what his daily responsibilities were, in his new position.
When Tyrone was interviewed, I asked him a couple simple questions. I asked “How does the close relationship transfer into the daily responsibilities, that are given?”. He responded, “I talk to Beasty regularly, so it is really easy to tell him things in our fashion. While doing jobs, he makes it easy by being really helpful, as I also stated, and supportive too. The example I would give is when you have a school project and you get picked with your best friend as a partner, it is quite simple.” As we all know, you always want to be with your best friend in a school-project because you can get things done efficiently and effectively, which is sort of why I -and some other people- found the pairing, to be good.
I also asked Tyrone, “What responsibilities do you have to fulfill as Beasty’s Marshal?” Tyrone’s response was, “As "Beasty's" Marshal, it is similar to the committee, however I handle a more universal look on things. I would search and investigate for new allies, while hosting joint events with the current ones. I do also give my outcome in evaluating committee references and new ally responses in the suggestion Dropbox.”
Tyrone will make a great Marshal to Beasty, the staff of the Communications Core, and everyone in the ROBLOX Assault Team congratulates him on his achievement to Marshal.

5\\] A Song of Ice and Fire | Written by: iComrade
Very recently, our Speaker of the Officers, AcidGlass, has been replaced, as his time as Speaker has ran out. An election took place shortly after Acid was demoted. There were two candidates running for Speaker of Officers, fireandicebattle and MoolegoTheCow. After many days of voting and anticipation, fireandicebattle had been elected as the new Speaker of the Officers! Before Acid was removed from power, he gave a speech to the officers of Frostaria. He said that his experience has been “marvellous” and “amazing”. During his time as Speaker of the Officers, AcidGlass received about 10 ideas and 8 of them actually passed the High Command, while the other 2 either failed the Officers or the High Command. Not only was he given ideas, he himself gave ideas, one of which was giving Marshals the ability to assign division tags on our Teamspeak.
Acid has been very busy with exams these past few weeks, much like other Frostarians. Our new Speaker of Officers, fireandicebattle, will definitely be spreading the memes during his time as Speaker of Officers. Fire has been a long time member of Frostaria, and as our Speaker of Officers, we can expect good things for the future. Since Fire didn’t want to be interviewed, we interviewed Marshal Wipykid instead.
I interviewed Marshal wipykid123 and asked for his opinion on fireandicebattle, he said; “He is a great and wonderful guy that knows what he is doing to help anyone in need of help. Fire is a great leader and has been in RAT for a long time now, he knows what to do to help the community In RAT.” We also asked him if he believed fireandicebattle is worthy of his current position, he said; “ I would say that Fire is worthy of being speaker of the officers because he has great opinions and answers on most subjects that is brought up to him. He can argue his point across subjects that is put forward to him and gives pros and cons about the subject and try to implement things that will help RAT.” I also asked him if he had submitted any thoughts or ideas to fireandice, however he has not yet.
So there you have it. What do you think of our current Speaker? Do you think that he will be as succesful as AcidGlass, with even more ideas? We cannot wait to find out.

6\\] Frostaria at War | Written by: Rivalize/Shinedown204
On the 6th of June, the Roblox Assault Team declared hostilities against FEAR, VS, and RSF. This was carefully planned, and we prepared very vigorously with determination for the past few weeks. Marshal Surgence, Marshal Ruraltechdeck, and the rest of the warfare department had been making us adapt and getting us familiarized with the forts of these hostiles. Through our hard work preparing, let’s make sure it’s paid off. Now, we await for further instructions and the acceptance from FEAR, VS, and RSF. The Roblox Assault Team is not taking a “no” for this declaration, in which Polymorphic is “200% open” to negotiations. In my opinion, the opposite side should take advantage of this, and go through with negotiations. However we have yet to see how the opposing side will respond.
I’ve interviewed Fabiao, and why him and his warfare department ended up declaring war on these 3 specific groups. He said, “I chose these clans solely because we haven't been in a war for a while. The new members of RAT need to slowly ease themselves into a good, intense war. We believed FEAR, RSF, and VS could provide exactly that.” He choose these targets specifically because he believes these clans would provide an intense war for the member base of the RAT community. I agree with the addition that the forts of these 3 clans are enjoyable and gratifying to raid, which increases the likeability of wanting to raid.
I then interviewed an ally of ours, as I wanted to see what their opinion about this war declaration was. I asked Paul321321, the leader of Soticule Forces, what was their stance on this? He said, “As of now my stance is neutral and will probably remain this way as VS/RAT are both very good allies.” I then asked him, what does he think about this war declaration? He said, “I don’t think that RAT should be declaring war on the same clans they did 3-4 months ago.” Paul doesn’t feel like the war is just, although he’ll be staying neutral throughout the whole war. I then thought it would be interesting to interview a few high-ranking individuals from FEAR, VS, and RSF. I interviewed a general of RSF, SpinalCode. I asked him what he thought about the war declaration, and what RSF’s current stance is. He said, “I think that the war declaration itself, isn't half bad, however it's contents are just ridicule. I spoke to both Polymorphic (Again Damien if preferred) and RAT's Admiral of Warfare about the war and that we would think about it once we have a permanent new base and we would discuss it, however RAT just went off on their own tangent and did this.” So, RSF is currently in process of making a new base, so we’ll hopefully hear from them after it’s done. I then interviewed a general of FEAR, Sonicsimon. I asked him the same question, what he thinks about the war declaration, and what FEAR’s current stance is. He said, “Personally, I find that RAT's declaration is...annoying, I guess. Plainly because we've already declined requests for it. Yet they still continue to ask for it and pester us, doing continuous raids. For the second question, FEAR seems against it. We dislike Sierra and see it as ridiculously unfair.” FEAR seems unhappy about the war declaration, and they’ve declined it as of right now. In my opinion, FEAR could start negotiations with RAT about changes to Sierra as they see fit. Lastly, I interviewed the leader of VS, Lilly. I asked her what she thinks about the war, and what VS’s current stance is. She said, “I think it'd be an interesting war. I'm currently discussing it with RSF and FEAR, but it'd definitely be interesting.” Vortex Security is currently discussing about the war declaration with RSF and FEAR about what they should do next. We’ll hopefully hear more from the three groups after they’ve discussed everything and have come up with a response.
FEAR, VS, and RSF are all currently deciding what they should do, so we hopefully expect to hear from them soon. RAT is already prepared, and are awaiting a response from all three groups. RAT planned on already starting the war with their set of war terms, but the opposing sides retaliated by shutting down their forts. All can change in the upcoming days, and the near future. Goodluck to both sides, if the war is to happen...

7\\] Replanted Fruits | Written by: Libanxsm
After a long period of neglect to the clan, by RSFs leader, fruitbox, it seems the clan is once again flourishing.
Fruitbox recently came out of activity to post a forum listing reforms that would take place over the next few months in RSF. Fruitbox had been very inactive, usually logging in every month or so, and this lead to a long period of semi-activity in the clan, with the Generals pretty much keeping the clan going. With no advertisements or exciting things happening in the clan, it seemed the clan was dying out. RSF had lost allies in its inactivity, including RAT. UCR and FEAR, had also posed an ultimatum to RSF, un-allying them temporarily, until things were put right. I -having been a RSF member since 2012 and also a RSF high rank- have seen the effects of having an inactive leader, up close.
I caught up with Isanious, an RSF Lieutenant General, to ask him about what changes have come about so far.
I first asked him: Do you think the rebirth will be a success? How has it gone so far? He replied with "RSF's been getting more active, and our alliance with FEAR and TRA is getting stronger. Fruitbox, RSF's Leader, is getting active again." I then asked him: What has been put into place so far? He replied with "New departments for the Generals have been assigned, and a new fort has been made. An alliance with FEAR was officially formed" Next, I asked: Do you personally think that fruitbox should have handed down the group? He replied with: "At first, some of us High Ranks wanted him to, yes, we feared that he wouldn't get active again and that RSF would die off. But now that he's back, we're glad that he didn't, the rebirth of RSF started under his authorization, and it's working." Finally, I asked him: Does RSF have a bright future? He said: "Yes, I think that RSF does have a bright future, especially once the rebirth is fully complete."
Now, what will happen over the next few weeks? RAT officially declared war on RSF, along with two other factions: VS and FEAR, but the war has not gone forward, as of yet. Also after having been allied with RSF for years, RAT broke off ties with them, due to the leader's absence. Will another alliance be formed with the Roblox Assault Team and the Roblox Special Forces, now that leader is back to full activity? We'll have to wait and see!
On fruitbox's return, he posted this forum containing a list of reforms that would occur in the clan over the next few months, this being named the 'RSF Rebirth': >[ http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=162860175 ]

8\\] Undeniable Civil War | Written by: Xuenous
Recently, the X-101st Legion has experienced numerous alterations in their 2iCs. They have been quarreling over the clan’s leadership and have been in many disputes over this topic, causing a civil war. The clan’s oldest and most senior 2iC has been in a large dispute with the current Emperor of the clan, OcularProwess. The Emperor has notably been moderated over 5 times in the past due to “Online Dating” and “Account Theft.” Due to these past moderations, the Legion has been claimed about the “Inner Circle”, which will be explained in further detail later on. LordNathan forgoed the “Super Clan” world and has enabled the most venerable and renowned clans, to get discarded like rubbish. Over the past few years, LordNathan had forgotten that he requires High Ranks within the clan, to help it remain alive and worthy of the prestigious title of a “Super Clan.”
Alas, he hasn’t permitted this to continue, thus he has become old, inactive and cantankerous. Over the years, he has developed the “Inner Circle”, which consists of his closest “friends” within the ROBLOX community. Xarenthos, one of our loyal Justicars, was once a part of it, until he was expelled from the clan -on multiple occasions- for attempting to restore the clan to its former glory and assist in keeping the overall activity of the Legion up to standards. The question still remains: will the clan ever revive? According to the current HRs, they were provided with news, after they had the historical quarrel, that the “almighty” Emperor of the X-101st Legion, was returning to “rise” and to bring the clan back to it’s former glory. Xarenthos quotes: “I have noticed the Legion die. I used to be the acting Commander at one stage. I have to agree with everyone, he brought the Legion down. He needs out, he needs to let go.”
Skraye, a Major-General within the X-101st Legion and a RAT Marksman has chipped in and gave us his verdict on the Civil War. Skraye says: “It's been known for a long time that X-101st hasn't been as strong as it used to be, in earlier eras. Nathan, being the founder of the clan, has had to endure a lot in over 6 years of leading this clan, and each time, we've been able to persevere, and keep carrying on. But as said earlier, 6 years of leading a clan does take a lot of effort. Most of the original clan leaders from other clans, such as ToniToni and several RAT owners realized it is a large commitment, and stepped down, entrusting the clan to someone else. Leading a clan for as long as Nathan has, he must have a large attachment to it, wanting to keep it rather than entrust it to others. This is also apparent in other leaders such as Fruitbox. Nathan has other real life hobbies and commitments now, and the clan is sadly suffering because of this. Personally, I understand why Nathan isn't giving it away, but I think, if he does care about the clan, he has to entrust it to someone else.”
When it comes to whether he is for or against the war, he states: “Initially I was one of the HR's that was in support of ousting Nathan. However, after some talks between some of the HI-COM, and with input from Nathan himself, I now believe that there is one last chance that Nathan may be able to resurrect his group. If there is not change soon though, I fear I will have to go against him again, in the best interests of the group.”
Skraye has also provided us with his rough prediction on how he feels this war will come to an end: “That is difficult to say. If Nathan really desires to get this group up and running, then I believe that the Civil War can be resolved easily. If past experiences are anything to go on, and by the way things look at the moment, I don't believe this War will end happily, and some people will be forced to leave.”
So, when it comes to my verdict on this conflict over power and leadership, I would say that OcularProwess is a rather stubborn and a tenacious member of the war clan community, and will refuse to listen to his loyal HRs’ strategic advice and counsel; consequently, the Legion requires a more obliging and vigorous leader to replace Ocular and assist the Legion in rising back on it’s feet and both developing and ameliorating the clan, inside and out. Of course, many people may have more diverse perspectives of the war compared to mine, but, we are all entitled to our own say. Although the Legion is currently experiencing numerous internal and external issues with their leadership, some still have an aspiration of bringing the clan back to it’s feet, however, the chances of that happening seem relatively small if things continue this way. So, what are your thoughts on the Civil War? Are you for or against their current leadership?

Money is what makes the world go around. Money also makes roblox go around, such as for new limited items that have been released, buying access to a new game that hasn’t been released to the public yet, or buying clothing from the ROBLOX catalog. ROBLOX has announced a new update for group-based places, and the group can get a share of the revenue from the places that are in their personal server tab. This has been announced quite a few weeks ago. It was announced on May 28th, 2015 by ROBLOX Software Engineer, Rosemary Ehlers, and the reaction to this announcement has been outstandingly positive from the ROBLOX community, but with this new feature, there are equal drawbacks.
The Group Owned Games implement the ability to be able to make a place under one group, instead of one individual. With the entire group backing the game, the income from the game won’t be given to one user, but instead it goes into the group funds. Once it goes into the group funds, it can be paid out to certain members in the group from the percent of the fund earned, or in set amounts, but with being able to payout to certain members, can lead to the possibility of corruption within the group, as the owner can give nearly all the funds to one guy and not give the funds to the members that contribute to the development of the place that they might have worked so hard for.
I’ve interviewed the Marshal of Community Resources, FaZeChowder02 about his opinions and his responses about the new announcement and the potential drawbacks that might occur in some clans. I asked about his opinion about the new announcement on the ROBLOX Blog and he responded with this, “It's a cool idea, because if someone is paid to develop for somebody else's group (forts, etc.) then they could get paid for doing so without the need for making t-shirts, and developers without BC can definitely benefit from this- I think this can benefit the clan world as a whole by increasing the amount of developers that can get paid, as well as letting moderators of a certain game get paid for doing their duties.” After a very profound response about the new idea, I asked him this final question about the topic and that is “Do you think people will be taking advantage of this system by giving most of the funds to themselves and not to the hard workers?” He soon responded with “Yes and no- there's always going to be those people that take in all of the money for themselves- we all know that person. However, most developers with common sense will negotiate a set price depending on the amount of players and revenue generated from the game, before or after the game is fully developed, as well as throughout meetings with the developers and the game owners.”
This is an update that everyone will be anticipating in the near future, especially to those who will make places for a cut of the profit from the place that they have built either alone or with others. Whether or not the corruption will be a problem, it will be patched by ROBLOX and it can be enjoyed by everyone that will be using the new feature. This new feature allows us to see new groups, such as a development group, make money all together and work as one whole group. This is a new feature that can possibly change the way that groups may run in the future, but we will see how it will turn out in the future.

Due to ROBLOX's convenient text limit, the other half will be posted in a separate forum.
