Hi there,
As Chief Executive Officer for NBC Shirt Creators, it is my overall duty to manage and review the efforts of our staff team and the overall direction that our cohort is able to push the business in.
Earlier this week, I conducted a review of the efforts the management team has been showcasing and my verdict in terms of how well they're functioning is far below the standard that we envisioned.
Due to the fact that this is now the third occasion where we've seen a poor review, I will be implementing new measures that are effective immediately and apply to the entire cohort.
[BOARD OF DIRECTORS] The Board of Directors will face a large reform that will primarily target the individual roles that make up the board. Each member of the Board of Directors will take on one of the following roles:
- Media Coordinator - Publicity Coordinator - Innovation Coordinator - Events Coordinator - Supervisory Coordinator - Brand and Label Coordinator
The Board of Directors will be capped at 12 BOARD MEMBERS which will ensure that we have two board members for each role.
[SUPERVISORS] The team of supervisors operating within the home store and at interviews is currently rather small, however, the process for earning this rank will become more vigorous to ensure that our supervisors are up to scratch.
The "Supervisory Coordinator(s)" from the Board of Directors will ultimately be responsible for the coordination of ALL supervisors under the directions of the Chief Operational Officer(s), working together to ensure that supervisors undergo PROPER training to represent NSC in a positive light.
Supervisors will also be taking on the official role of cleaning the group wall, this will hopefully allow us to cut down on spam. As well as this power, we will be implementing a system for supervisors to request a demotion of users below them through a complaint form. This will allow us to ensure that supervisors are constantly monitoring the progress of our sales teams.
[CORPORATE SECRETARY] As of late, the Corporate Secretary rank has served merely as a rank for the friends of our higher ranks. This will no longer be tolerated.
The Corporate Secretary rank will be comprised of members who serve as assistants to the Chief Communications Officer and ABOVE. The process for hiring a corporate secretary will involve submitting your nomination to a Chief Operational Officer for review.
Each member who is at, or above Chief Communications Officer will be entitled to ONE Corporate Secretary. This does not mean that the corporate team will be able to hire 'untouchable' members. Any Corporate Secretary to violate the Code of Conduct will be removed. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
[ADVISOR] Similar to our Corporate Secretary rank, the Advisor rank has merely served as a placement for the friends of our corporate team. Once again, this will no longer be tolerated.
The advisor rank will consist of a MAXIMUM of 5 advisors, selected by the Chief Executive Officer and above. These members will be responsible for working with the Board of Directors, providing advice on decisions made by the Board of Directors and our Corporate Team.
Advisors must be selected based on appropriateness and will be examined before receiving their role. This will no longer serve as a role for friends or ex-high ranks.
[THE CORPORATE TEAM] The corporate team will not be facing too many changes, however, each member of our corporate team will be undergoing an examination to ensure that they are a valuable, reliable and dedicated asset to the team at NSC.

| I see you working on it very much.....but can you estimate when the NBC group will start working again. Sorry to be quite rude but I know that you guys are actually doing something about it. Most people just are impatient about it and they decide to be "hating" comments in the comment section.If your actually reading this,thanks. |
