How I fixed Ultimate Doom:
Tweaked the steam version's settings, and made the executable run in Windows 95 compatibility mode
How I fixed Fallout 3:
Downloaded Games for Windows Live, tweaked the Ini file's settings, and got a bypass to the Intel HD graphics glitch that crashes whenever you start a new game.
Explanation on the HD graphics bypass:
You extract the rar, then put the two files in the extracted file into the Fallout 3 folder
I followed videos for both of them, and the person in the Fallout 3 video didn't know the trick of browsing local game files in the properties
