Push-ups are weak.
Do pull-ups, chin-ups. Maybe spartan pushups
Or get some weights

I can easily do 2 sets of 50 per hour but I'm not going to exhaust myself atm

Good form = 90degrees which is about 3 in from chest to ground.
I touch my chest to keep in check, but either works

Yeah my swim coach had us do a lot of technique drills in the past.
Girls have the lesser form on push ups, not being sexist, they just warrant a lot more practice.
I suck at pull ups though lol 15 is my max

I don't see how you guys think 70-100 is much.
I'm 16, i'm like 176 cm and 60kg.
A pushup is like 40kg for me (because when doing a push-up you are not lifting your full weight)
So pushing 40kg up 70-100 times isn't a lot lmao
When if you go to the gym you can benchpress more easily.
But hey i guess you guys are not interested in weight lifting and sht like that like me.
Instead you guys are interested in virtual items, but that's fine.
