In effect as of 6/19/2015, shouting will be as in the following sections:
I: Shout Tags II: Marking Shout Tags III: Special Notices ________________________________________________________________________ Section I: Shout Tags You will use these tags when dealing with events.
TRAIN (Type Here): When calling for a training, you will specify the type of trainingalong with the tag. Example: TRAIN RCL or TRAIN SF
RECRUIT: When calling for a Recruiting session.
MEETING: I will go in depth on this in Section III.
RALLY: When rallying for a raid, you will post any needed information, then the link.
DEFENSE: Calling for defense, also requires a link to the fort.
RAID: When raiding another Clan, you will say what clan we are raiding, then post the link to their fort.
EVENT: This is a fun-time event. More information in Section III. ________________________________________________________________________ Section II: Shout Tags
When calling a shout, you will mark the shout in certain Parenthesis to make notice of when it can be over-shouted.
[Tag here]: May be immediately over-shouted by something more important.
[[Tag Here]]: Wait at least an hour before shouting something new.
{Tag Here}: Special Importance, try not to over-shout if you can help it, but may be over-shouted.
{{Tag Here}}: Do NOT over-shout, immediate priority over all others. Only a Higher rank can over-shout this, or else the member who has shouted has to give permission.

This will be updated later, but for now:
Meetings: Meetings are held by HRs. If you come to a meeting and have not reached a sufficient rank, you will be kicked immediately. Further interruptions by joining will result in a Ban/Demotion.
Shout tag EVENT: You may only shout for fun events if there is no time schedule to be kept up with. It may be over-shouted by something of greater importance, regardless of the markings used. |
