I have previously many many bans for using improper language on various users. Most of my bans were around 2008-2012. But I certainly have over a hundred bans by now.

Do they check the history of all accounts you have under a specific IP address?

I wonder if it would be a problem if the popular game you have is on a relatively new user (say merely 6 months, as it seems odd a user just joins and immediately starts making games), I am getting ready with a game and probably will upload it on a brand new user (to avoid my young stupid self history) and expect to get it somewhere in around a few months.

I didn't mean with this account with these statistics. I want to earn the money through game development and do it "full-time" for as long as possible. I don't want to my stupid 12-year-old history to become a problem.

So I should make a new account under a different IP address?

(what I mean these stats is that I won't plan to use trading profits or the like. I actually want to make games because it is pretty useful practice, + the recognition and potential fanbase can be redirected to other projects outside roblox, + the more consistent income (trading is not))

@Web, they could not find the connection if there is no link, no same email or accounts used to purchase BC and the user is made under a different IP address and only used under a different IP address.

@Apices, there is no way to find a connection really. Perhaps if it became a huge investigation but I doubt that's the case. And it doesn't seem to make much sense. I know some people with plenty alts with ban history who've made big games, got accepted and there were no problems. But I just need to ensure there is zero risk because I'm going to devote a lot of time from my day to developing games because it is the best opportunity there is currently.

@Azallan, it's definitely not going to be that kind of an investigation. The traces would be so small it would take years or decades to track that down or find the connection. But it's sad that they check. That means I have to make every step so carefully.

But basically. It would be the same as if I just made a game offline, put it on an USB stick, sent it to someone else who lives in another country and they got popular with it after following the specific marketing steps I gave. There is no way they could make a connection. Or if they can, point me the error, it would hugely help as this will literally be the difference between me ending broke or getting a capital to invest to survive on. So it would be a huge favor.

1. Create game offline, save on USB in country X.
2. Give USB to friend who lives in country Y.
3. Friend creates an account in country Y and uploads the game.
4. Friend follows marketing steps I gave and gets game popular and profits.
5. Friend gets OBC, and goes to DevEx where the money will be transferred to their account in country Y.
Whatever happens with the money after this they cannot trace (aka friend sending money from his PayPal to mine).

I could not find how they find the connection. It seems rather impossible.

you do realize they can decline you for whatever reason there is

including someone sending them this thread

really, if theres is even a hint of suspicion about your past, declined

i dont see why you're trying to beat the system, it takes weeks for them to pay you for a reason, they do a thorough investigation before giving you money in return for absolutely nothing

@Shedletsky, and the forum would give no connection either. And since you work there, can you explain if all bans lead to rejection? Because all my bans are related to saying improper words (that were not obvious at all) mostly on the forum or comments somewhere. If anyhow possible, I do not want to go through all this trouble but if rejection with current history is certain I will have to find other ways around this because as a high school dropout my options are limited, though Lua might land me a job somewhere. But if I were to create great quality games that many people play, I would not understand why would you reject me, especially since I would probably bring your company more profits and more users.

So what truly makes you reject people?

@Apices, it is not for "absolutely nothing". They created the system so more users would make more high quality games that bring in more users that bring in more profits as far as I understand. I can make high quality games that users would probably like and that would attract them more customers. Without the motivation to earn a living here or at least a capital to invest, they would not get the chance to get these high quality games here as many of the older players who have the skills to build and script great games have to leave to deal with life.

Though it still makes little sense why they'd reject someone who would consistently make them profit and bring in more users.

Your logic would hold up if there were not 1000s of people making games on ROBLOX already.

If you don't make the #1 game on ROBLOX, someone else will. That game will make lots of money because it is in the #1 spot, and not for any other reason.

You are basically asking how hard it is to defraud ROBLOX through DevEx. The answer is that it is very hard, because we know all the people who are making real money on ROBLOX. If someone we don't know tries to suddenly cash out for 2000 USD, we're going to scrutinize their earnings very closely.
