Where else in the world exists such opportunity and potential? You don't need to have any qualifications or papers, you don't need to apply anywhere. You just have to know how to code and have decent ideas, have a little bit of luck and then the sky is the limit really. In my experience, the more popular your game becomes the easier it will be to get your other games popular, and hence it becomes super easy.
This is seriously a goldmine. I would bet anyone decently smart and willing to put in the work could make up to $100k+ in 1-3 years here. And for many here, there are no responsibilities meaning you can keep all the money, invest it somewhere, heck you could buy real estate and rent it out and be set for life.
This is too good to be true. I have yet to hear of any other method where you can earn a living this "easily" and have so much fun doing it. |

Except one problem The sheeple of ROBLOX don't like quality games that have potential to make money They like shortlived ODer hangouts that last maybe 4 days and make a grand total of $250 max

| @Heartcraft, that insight is actually very useful if you tried to find the real reason behind why such games are so popular. Humans are social animals (it's a bigger desire than food really), they want to communicate, hence why the most popular games are all roleplay games. And the truth is, there aren't really many great quality games that enable this sort of communication. Hence why mostly all those crappy games become popular. So if you found a way to make a great game and make it possible to communicate easily in it, then it might do very well. |

| @Frenzo, I'm just expressing my amazement and in a way gratitude and also reminding people of this. It's crazy. It just doesn't make sense this kind of thing can be real when so many people are struggling elsewhere, even if they're pro coders or game developers. The kind of programming required to make decent games in ROBLOX is not by far very advanced. Sure, you can make more advanced games but it's not a requirement. |

Team Rudimentality's games are so amazingly well built / programmed and high quality with so much potential
But they aren't that popular because so many people would much rather roleplay as a baby / parent

@CfJr, compare it to the lives of most other people and it suddenly becomes extremely easy. People everywhere even in the developed countries are struggling to make ends meet and can't see a way out either. And then we have this game where your primary market is a bunch of little kids (making it easy to cater to them as their desires are rather simple and not too sophisticated yet) and you can earn unrealistically much.
@Heartcraft, their team does make great games but I believe they are too focused on creating cool things but not first checking whether there is a demand for it. It's just like in business and why it's better to first make a prototype or in general verify your product before you put in the time and money. Because so many seemingly brilliant products completely fail. The owners think its cool and their geeky friends agree and they are ready to go. But soon it will turn out the general audience isn't interested. If they aren't doing well then they simply are ignoring what the majority of players like. It would be the same as trying to sell car tyres to plane engineers, they simply aren't interested, even though another group of people might be very interested (aka another market). So I believe if they want to make more complex games for a more mature audience then they should try out some other platforms. If they want to succeed here, they have to focus on what the players like and not what they like and most likely also use knowledge of evolutionary biology to their advantage to better understand what people in certain age groups might like and why. If enough thought is put into it then it's not that difficult to succeed. Just the problem is that group of people is probably just a bunch of developers but they lack the business acumen. |

| @Faran, I'm not trolling. But apparently you believe I am dumb for believing this or saying this. So can you please explain further? Maybe I really have some misunderstandings. What am I missing? |

You literally need a ton of luck to get enough to barely scrape by in a meager shack
+you need to keep renewing obc to keep getting money |

Ok, think of it this way.
There are millions of active users on ROBLOX. Everyone has the potential to make a living off ROBLOX.
Very, very, very, very, very few people make a living off ROBLOX.
If everyone COULD make a living off ROBLOX, there would be no ROBLOX. |

| first of all, in order to get your game popular, you have to have the robux/tix to advertise it. this is where many people r stuck cuz they rnt rich. this just gives people another reason to give up and not try to make their game famous.even if they make their game famous, they have to be able to make profit, they have to consider how their ads and ingame purchases cancel out each other, thus leaving them with nothing. plus people dnt always want o click ads; most of the time people just ignore them |

@FaranOBC costs anything from $130 to $240 a year. Or it could cost even less if you buy it monthly and only buy it every other month or every third month or whenever you have the need to cash out. Cashing out even once sets that cost even.
Now one of the things I said is that you could probably make $100,000 in 3 years given that you are smart enough and hard working enough to produce decent games that is fun to the general audience here. And yes then you have to probably advertise, but there's also worth of mouth and befriending already popular people with a large fanbase, going to your game and then getting their fans to follow. You could also use real life friends to join in and call their other friends to join in too, or become respect in the forums and then ask people to check out your game. If none of those work out, there are still plenty of ways to make enough money to advertise your game enough to get it on front page.
Once you are on the front page with a good working game with no bugs, you are likely to get at least a million visits with your first stay on the games pages. If you've built the game up well so that people will want to buy game passes, even if 1% of the 1M players buys something for ~100R$, then you would get about 700K R$ after sales tax and you have already made $2K. But often it's more than 1% who buys something. I've seen a few games that only have 1M visits yet have as many sales as some games with 10M visits have simply because it was more cleverly built which made players buy more game passes.
And even if you make less robux, the more you have, the more you can advertise your game and hence the easier it will become to get more games popular and earn more too.
Sure, there's a lot of luck involved too, but it's definitely possible to outwork the luck in this case. If someone devoted all their time after school to developing games for a whole year, I will not believe that they could not at least make $50,000 in the whole year if they really tried.
The opportunity is there, just most people aren't willing to put in the work, because it is hard but that's why only a few make it.
It's a goldmine for sure. Just merely because of the fact that you don't need to have any diplomas or papers to do this and that you can do this from home on your own time schedule and have so much earning potential. But I'm waiting for more arguments. Maybe I'm still missing something. |

| I sincerely believe any decent game catered to the general audience of ROBLOX can make at least $5,000 with its first stay on the front page and accomplish that in a week. And after that it's only uphill for a long time as you don't have to cash out immediately but you can reinvest the robux to advertise games or hire scripters/builders/designers. |

| Sure, you will lose some money from tax but that's not the point as you have taxes with normal jobs and businesses too. Only here you have a much bigger opportunity than elsewhere. This place is a goldmine compared to most jobs and even businesses in the world. |
