The only merit to your argument is that it's not illegal to say it

| And it doesn't hold true on the Internet, where someone can delete whatever you say. |

@blobbem
I feel like I'm the only person who reads the ToS when people start ranting about how they get banned for cussing people out on websites where it is EXPLICITLY STATED THAT CUSSING PEOPLE OUT IS AGAINST THE GOD DAMN RULES
That's a hint! A CLINT HINT! [maniacal laughter] |

I don't read the ToS, lol. But I know that the American constitution, or any other constitution or laws from any other country aside from the obvious ones that affect the Internet (e.g. CP and other types of illegal Internet activities), don't matter on the Internet. |

I read it because people are jackasses and think they're entitled to some kind of appeal system to the point where they get so pissy if it doesn't work that they either straight up quit or become bitter and angry at the entire community when they're the people who screwed up in the first place and (usually) not the moderation system

| What's wrong with freedom of speech? It does protect you in most cases. |

Yeah, they're idiots. I have never had a problem with a ToS for a website as they generally follow the same rules that are easy to follow:
1) Don't be a jerk. 2) Don't do illegal stuff.
And etcetera, etcetera. |

In real life, as in outside of the Internet, it does protect you, permitting what country you are in. And it's pretty good.
But it only goes so far before someone hits you because you insist of abusing the right and spout out something that's just asking for trouble. |
