Universal Parks & Resorts: Team Member Guidelines & Info

Posted here, you will find the guidelines and information that must be recognized and acknowledged by our Universal Team Members. This post only contains guidelines & information for our Team Members. Please note that each Job Position has it's own unique and set of rules that must be followed as well as the general rules and guidelines.

General Information & Rules:
1) ALL Team Members are required to wear their position's appropriate uniform/costume. (Please note that your uniform/costume, may change depending on the attraction/venue you are working at.)
2) When working, please refrain from using bad language, as you are the 'front lines' for our guests' experience.
3) You MUST help a guest if they are lost or asking a question. Please answer the question as best as you can.
4) If a guest is not following the rules, being rude, or being inappropriate please advise a Security Team Member to settle the situation. (If you are Security, how to deal with this situation is below.)
5) If you have admin, please make sure to NOT use :h or :m, only used for public announcements. As well as do not abuse admin, and DO NOT play music.
6) Please do NOT speak or acknowledge about any other ROBLOX parks that are not Universal, when you are working.
7) You must wear the required uniform. (Details below.)

Entertainment Team:
-As part of our Entertainment Team, you MUST have the ability to entertain our guests to the best of your ability.
-If you are a character, please stay in your character and DO NOT break character.
-If you are an actor in a show, please remember your lines and your moves.
-DO NOT be in stage when you are not suppose to.
-Please follow any additional instructions that your Director may place.
*Uniform: Depends on your character.

Security Department:
-As Security, you are making sure that our parks & resorts are safe from rude/inappropriate ROBLOX users that may enter our parks. You must also have read the rules & safety information found in the 'Universal Parks & Resorts: Guest Information' forum.
-Levels of Warning/Kick/Ban: (In order, you may skip depending on the situation.)
[1] Stays in server, and is asked to stop. (Warning 1)
[2] Ask again to stop. (Warning 2)
[3] If the offender does it again, you may kick them from the server.
[4] If the guest returns, and repeats the same actions as before, you may then ban by asking a higher rank with power. (If there is no higher rank, than just kick.)
-As Security, you will have access to limited admin, in which you may kick and do other actions.
-It is your responsibility that the rules are being followed in our parks.
*Uniform: Security shirt & pants.

Clothing Department:
-You may be able to create your own shirts/pants/t-shirts, as long as they are themed to Universal or intellectual properties in OUR parks.
-Please keep the prices as low as possible, unless they are sold as a Limited Sale item.
*Uniform: None needed.

Attraction Attendants:
-As an Attraction Attendant, you are the face of the rides and attractions that our guests will love.
-Our rides operate in 'Automatic' mode, which does not require any manual operation. As an attendant you may do one of the following jobs within an attractions:
+Stand in front of the ride giving information and help.
+Direct guest flow in the end of the Queue, telling guests what row to sit in. (This may not be needed when there is low traffic flow)
+Stand at the exit telling guests to disembark.
-You are able to work at ANY attraction as long as there is no more than 3 members working and you are wearing the appropriate uniform.
*Uniform: Your costume must be themed to the appropriate attraction.

Guest Relations:
-As Guest Relations, you have the responsibility that our guests are enjoying their visit to the park.
-You have three location in which you may operate: Guest Relations Office at the front of the park | Information Booths throughout the park | Guest Relations Booth at CityWalk
-You MUST also have the knowledge to be able almost every question that our guests may ask that is about Universal.
*Uniform: Guest Relations shirt & long pants.

Food & Merchandise:
-Working as Food & Merchandise Team Member, your job is to work at either a dining or shopping venue in our parks and or CityWalk. (You may only work at CityWalk venues that are operated by Universal Parks & Resorts)
-If you work in dining, you must make sure you are able to produce the needed item to our guest.
-In merchandise, you help our guests select clothing options or try to sell an item.
*Uniform: Your costume must be themed to the appropriate location of the venue.
