They tried not to get involved Pearl harbor got attacked of course we're going to defend ourselves |

| The lend lease act had about no effect on pearl harbor. Japan was trying to conquer china and the US was sending them supplies. When we stopped sending them supplies because both China and Japan were our allies they attacked us to try and scare us into giving them their supplies back |
