Apologies for this post being all off-topic and all,
But as of the help forum being somewhat useless in the matter, i'll have to ask about why would my roblox loader not be working properly? (attempted to do a clear out of cache, not working. I then tried to reopen my browser then restart my computer. With the same no changing results. )
I recently attempted to use internet explorer to see if it changed.
It managed to get pass the "loading the latest roblox" status but then stayed on the configuring roblox. Whilst even typing this up, I can see the roblox loader tab is somewhat changing and flickering. |

@Zach
But I want to get this fix, so the admins are basically my next option for resolving this. |

| Do a full uninstall and reinstall via roblox.com/download and see if that works. |

Navigate to the programs and features area of your control panel and look for ROBLOX. When you locate it click uninstall.
Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features
If it's not there, or this fails for an unknown reason you can manually remove the files from your hard-drive. You will find these files located under AppData, which I have included the location of below. Remove this folder and attempt to reinstall as previously mentioned.
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Roblox |
