Well we have a strength/conditioning camp and we have to do position camp (with other players of course, but not with the coaches because of state regulations)
so pretty much 4 days a week of weightlifting and 4 days a week of conditioning/speed camp but i think i'm going to do some sort of conditioning exercise all 7 days (as for weightlifting? 4 days is good because you have to give time to your body to rest) |

It's actually more similar than you think We still have to do bench press, power clean, deadlift, squat, hang clean, etc. |

Do you do incline bench press and DB flies?
I actually don't do much of what you said. I have my own personal workout- Tricep pulldowns, bicep curls, forearm wheel, bench press, pullups, shoulder press. I don't actually do must work for any specific muscle, and I do no legs with weights |

DB fly=When you lay on the bench and extend your arms sideways like a snow angel. You hold DBs in them, and pull them up above your chest
I don't do incline bench or any of that good stuff. I do high weights and high reps with pullups. I have the ability to get stronger and add muscle without actually gaining weight. This is due to genetics and also because I lift efficiently, not doing a bunch of secondary lifts. But being a lineman, you probably want to gain weight.
For legs I do sprints, plyos, and agility crap. 7 days a week doing at least one. That makes my legs very strong and quick, and is easier on the joints than squats and deadlifts |
