It helped you because you probably had a disorder that was easier to deal with, let's be honest. You probably didn't have a mental disorder that was classified as psychotic. It's not just that I would be uncomfortable, but it would be useless because I wouldn't be able to tell if the psychiatrist was real or not. Therefore I would not trust anything this person says. The only way I can tell if something is real or not is by my dreams or if someone I know is real confirms that something is real.

Scootrbro, it won't help. You clearly have no idea what I'm going through.

@Dapper No, schizophrenia presents with intense paranoia and hearing voices. He perceives things as not real, or he can't distinguish dreams or reality for whatever reason. its not paranoia.

It's not something really easy to classify. Paranoia is probably a bit of it as well. Scootrbro, how in the world is one supposed to prove something like this? That makes no sense. Also I think I might have hallucinations. I think I see dream people that aren't there. Some people are fake and some people are real and I can't tell who. Everyone looks distorted, fake and real people. I know there are some dream people I have imagined.

Hallucinations and paranoia are present in every case, the hallucinations are commonly auditory but rarley present visually.

There is only one way but I have very little control over it. It's hard to explain. It just came to me in one dream that I actually realized was a dream.

Exactly, but a hallucination is not constant, he is seeing things in a dreamlike state, he is partially disconnected from reality as Vedat claims from a dream, its not a hallucination. And I believe he is to young for schizophrenia being likely

No, I'm pretty sure I see dream people a lot. There are detailed dream people that I see and hear all the time. I just can't tell which ones are dream people and which ones aren't. Also I'm an adult. I'm too young to be schizophrenic?

Aren't you 18? I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying it is more likely to present later.
