1- Duty of a Soldier
a) The duty of a low rank is to active and respectful. You must attend events, if you decide not to show up or "Skip out" you will be exiled on the spot. The only room I save in this clan is for the people that will put the time and effort to progress.
b) Officers must host training's, and raids(Colonel+ to host a raid) and keep the main body of the group active, loyal while still maintaining a "fun" environment for the players to enjoy. You must respect everyone equally or you will be demoted or punished.
c) High Command must host Raids, training's and must be respectful and loyal to the clan. High command is mainly the moderators of the group, making sure people of the officer ranks aren't misbehaving in any way shape or form. _______________________________
2- General laws of The Swarm
1) Respect everyone of the same or be exiled on the spot.
2) Call your other members "Comrade" or "Brother" We must build a brotherhood like atmosphere.
3) Call all High ranks "Sir" Regardless of gender, we must treat all the same.
4)Proper grammar is required to be part of this group (Punctuation is not as important for this. ) We must maintain a mature community.
5)Faces and abbreviation for words is not aloud at group events such as "Brb,lol, lmao" or ":o xD c:" Some faces are permitted such as ".-. -.- T_T" Do not overuse.
6)Do not speak while an HR is talking to you.
7) You must spell out "Permission to speak?"
8)Do not kill a fellow Comrade without order to.
9) Patrol the fort as much as possible.
10) Show up to events. _________________________________________
3- Rules for rallies, training's, and raids
Rallies- You must stand on the line silently and.. be silent. You must wait for further instruction afterwards.
Training's- You must be mature, have the uniform on or color body black. You must follow all instruction specifically.
Raids- Be silent and never talk to the enemy, stay in team chat. Give everything you have at a raid, defeat is never an option. No saying "Good game" or flaming of any sort. No saying "Rekt, pwned" that is rude and will not be tolerated. ___________________________________________
4- On/Off duty requirements
On duty- You must be mature, respectful follow the general rule guidelines.
Off duty- If you're wearing the uniform you're on duty/ off duty people can do whatever they want as long as they aren't wearing the uniform. We still want you to be respectful but that is completely up to you. ____________________________________________
5-Progression of ranking
Low ranks must attend training's and raids while doing well. You will not be told when you're promoted.
Officers will be promoted when High Command thinks they are ready to move up.
High Command is hand picked by the Patriarch and sometimes can be voted in or out by the majority of the group. ______________________________________________
6-Punishment
Punishments can range from a warning to an exile.
Inactivity- Exile
Goofing off or disrespect- Demotion/Demotion
Grammar mistakes- Warning/Warning/Warning/Demotion
Faces-Warning/Warning/Demotion/Demotion/Exile
Others-Whatever fits the punishment
_______________________________________________
7-Desertion
If you choose to leave we will add you to a list, the list will contain how many time you join and leave you have four chances to be in the group. If you surpass four you will be denied entry. ________________________________________________
8- Conclusion
We try to make it as fun as possible but we need to maintain a mature community for people to enjoy, so we must have a system to deal with people who will not comply with our ways. ___________________________________________________
