Here's basically where I'll update the progress on the development of My upcoming game, ||Mortal Komblox||

Kharacters: 30% (More will be added over time after alpha/beta and during various tests. I'm open for suggestions for guest kharacters to include. Jason Freddy and the Predator are basically konfirmed but get creative, characters from Foxy to Bane to Megatron all have a chance. Nothing too obscene. I'll probably put out polls every so often with a random list for people to pick from and the top 4 will be placed into a Kombat pack. I also may add Limited time Characters for special events Including themed skins for existing kharacters e.g Santa Bo Rai Cho)

Guis 5% (Loading screens, character select, finishing move selection, stores, challenges etc. These are all subject to change and may take a while, whilst quantity is necessary for a mortal kombat game, I don't want to sacrfice quality too much)

Moves 35% (Each Kharacter will have a shared basic moveset with 1 exclusive special move (Un-spammable), which can be interchangable by unlocks through challenges/ purchases etc. E.g 50 Match wins with Gunslinger Erron Black earns you a Revolver special for Erron black. Like guis, these will take time)

Audio: Fight music, SFX, Finishing move dialogue (May require funding to create audio specifics. But this will come from any kombat packs/ other dlc content)

Scripting: 25% (This is very touch and go and will probably be one of the main things for you guys and gals get to test out once beta time comes around. If new features are added after launch (Which they most likely will.) I plan to add a CTE server, where I will lease community ideas and ideas of my own for testing, where you, the community can give your feedback e.g what needs to be added, what needs fixing/is buggy at the moment, does this gameplay mechanic work or not? etc. )

Building 10% (Most of this process will include stage building.. Now for those of you who don't know Mortal Kombat is a side-scroller fighting game with rather small stages. With this in mind the stages will most likely stick to this tradition for the most part, and will include interactable items e.g walk up to a statue, rip its arm off and throw it at the other player to damage them. This isn't to say there won't be variety however, I'll be adding plenty of detail to these stages to compensate for their small size. Konfirmed stages so far are :Cell block, Underworld sanctum, Goro's lair.

@Amnesilox I appreciate your feedback!

By originality, would you like to see more assets deriving from something I could make up from scratch, e.g. Characters, levels, etc rather than based off of ideas from the Mortal Kombat series?

I'd love to know more as I've had PM's of people asking for MK based content, but i'm happy to inject some personal touch wherever I can.

I want to make this a different but familiar take on the Franchise and feedback from guys like you helps a lot!

@REKIN It's a mix between Kombat and Roblox if you;re confused, I didn;t want to have the exact same name as the game as I wanted to add something new to it.

Do you think it reads better as just 'Mortal Kombat' with perhaps a side tagline to it such as 'Mortal Kombat: ABlockalypse' (Instead of Apocalyspe) ? i'd like to know what you think/suggestions!
