Butter is awesome, and taste good with almost everything. But eating it by it self? Uh ohhhh.... :S Not good, well butter is good for our health nevertheless but like I mention TOO much of anything isn't good! You see butter has protein, and lots of it. Which is good for us yay *thumbs up x3* But if you keep eating too much, and if you just sit down and forum most the time that protein gets build up and turns into what is known as Fat. Now I see you're having problems from stop eating butter. Now usually I can stop myself from such stuff with shear will power. but with a addiction. I advise you to slowly eat butter. Now I'll explain.
(I'm going to use butter sticks as an example.) Right now.. This hour eat three sticks of butter. 1 hour: 3 sticks of butter. (You're on the first hour so eat full!) 2 hour: 2 sticks of butter and a half. (Now this is the second hour) 3 hour: 2 sticks of butter 4 hour: 1 stick of butter and a half 5 hour: 1 stick of butter 6 hour: half of butter After the 6th hour you could continue eating a small amount of butter. This way it would be easier for you to stop the addiction if you wanted but also at the same time keep the addiction if you desire. You basically decrease the amount of butter you eat as time flys by (Sorry to Cage The Elephant - Come A Little Closer lol..)
Good luck, Blacksmith! |
