I've tried MP3, it comes out good but its not the best quality.
Is .AIFF any better, or is there some other audio file that would make it amazingly HD? |

It actually depends on how much bitrate the .mp3 or .ogg file has. For example, I download and upload audio files that are usually 320 kbps or 180 kbps and then I put the songs into Sony Vegas, trim them to 2 minutes, then render the songs on the highest quality option for MP3 rendering. I always use the MP3 option

I forgot to mention that 320 kbps is as high of a quality a music file will go. It just sounds so crisp. But another thing I want to mention (This doesn't help but it's good to know) that CDs will always produce the best quality as music is freshly put on the disc and it has original quality which is 320 kbps
