I am making a tools with arm welds and was wondering if I need to send the server the c0, c1 of the arm rotation or if the welds would be replicated.

What all can the client do properly?

no no no

only animate on the client
send the animation 'states' through the server to the other clients so they can animate your gun

u should add filtering - devious

From what I understand I do.

I have first person arms for the player to see in first person. Since first person arms look wack in 3rd person I had to create special arms when the player isn't in 1st person. But the 3rd person arms won't replicate so I will have to create arms specifically for the server to handle.

So 3 sets of arms.

You don't need to. The character model is part of the client.

I only ever use one set of arms.

In third person I have them offset from the shoulder
In first person I have them offset from the head

to animate:

client:
omg i animated lets play dis animation locally
hey server-senpai i animated

server:
oh this client animated
hey other client your pal animated

other clients:
omg my pal animated
okie lets animate him locally for me

u should add filtering - devious

Oh I thought you were asking if you needed to use RemoteEvents to send C0 values to the Character.

I re-read your post but still think that's what you were saying.. but according to your reaction then I guess i'm wrong.
