I'll help you become a Christian, if you want to lose ALL your worries and fears.

@para
sort of hard to explain
its just that I've believed in the things that scientists and and school has taught be all my life. Those beings that things like heaven don't exist and I would just be lying to myself If I converted when, deep down, I know that when I die and just end.
I'm basically saying that I wished I believed in this sort of stuff when I was little and not believe in the things that go against it. |

@tappier
I don't really know. I wouldn't really mind if I went to hell or the equivalent of it in some other religion. I would just be glad that I'm still a thing and not, well, nothing. Although I'f I was religious then I would be much more kind and nicer to people in hopes of getting in. |

@little
that would be nice. But again, I've gotten myself to deep into the world of science. I doubt I could ever convert to any religion unless god himself comes down from the clouds to greet us all and tell us this or that religion is true. |

| Giga I think you are smart. There are a lot of thinkers like you. They devote their lives to understanding the world on a scientific level. Some of them are in academia and complete basic research. Others devote their lives to applying the discoveries of scientists to better the lives of members of society and improve the standard of living in their country. |

| Thanks guys. I appreciate all the replies. Although I might no convert I certainly feel less worried about death. I guess I just needed some people to talk and explain things to rather than just think about it every night. |

and adding onto that, don't ponder things for too long because you never know when your life could be over in that one moment
pondering things like death will prove nothing but wasted time |

Actually science does know what happens when you die.
The law of conservation of matter and energy dictates that matter and energy is never created nor destroyed.
According to biology and ecology, organisms that die have their organic compounds recycled back into the ecosystem to be used by other organisms.
Look up chemical cycling.
The water on earth has been here billions of years and has followed the hydrologic cycle evaporating, raining, etc. Humans are 70% water by molecular composition. |
