I have a friend who got banned for 2 weeks for something (I forgot), and on the last day got his ban extended into a permanent deletion. Is this allowed? I mean, he couldn't have done anything else because he was banned.

| First Ban Get Applied, then second can be applied or even third ban. |

Yes. The 14 day ban is often reserved for situations where we need to review the ban to decide whether or not the user should be deleted. More often than not it ends in a deletion after it is reviewed.
This sometimes occurs with regular bans as well. On occasion I have had to escalate bans due to content I hadn't originally seen at the time of the original ban.

| It is possible because when they review your reason for being ban, they are aloud to extend that ban for a certain reason. |
