Article 6 of the Constitution "requires that all federal and state legislators, officers, and judges take oaths or affirmations to support the Constitution."
Hillary Clinton does not support the Constitution by supporting gun control, and thus should be barred from running for President and tried for treason. |

S1xty you are a dumb-ass. The constitution states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed in order to ensure a 'well regulated' militia.
Congress can regulate guns. |

A well-regulated militia would require military-grade weapons. Would it not?
And nowhere does militia mean national guard. And yes, if the beliefs are in violating of oath then absolutely they should be arrested |

| Do you want weapons of war on the streets of the United States? Congress has a responsibility to defend the country from all threats foreign and domestic. |

Daily reminder that people are still people and the government is still government.
Daily reminder that automatic military weapons were around during the hol___ocaust, and that the first thing that Hi___tler did when he became "President" is he took all the guns.
Daily reminder that once people don't have guns people have no way to stand up to their government, regardless of how tyrannical and murderous they may be. |

And another reminder that California has the strictest gun control and is still in the top 50% for murders.
South California is #6 for murders out of 50.
And Texas is just below New Jersey, another state with some of the strictest gun control.
So please, explain to me how gun control prevents murder.
Death by gun rates barely differ so don't comment about how it was overall murders.

| Apparently he did not take away all the guns, but rather he took them away from all of his victim groups. Either way taking away guns was used to prevent people from defending themselves -- proving my point. |

When the government take away the guns, then the civilians are vulnerable to governmental oppression.
I agree with OP.
I once saw a movie when only the police and military had guns. It was called Schlinder's List |

Actually I don't agree with stricter background checks. A black market will always exist; the current background checks are already very strict as they are; making them stricter would be a waste of government resources and just be another way to prevent law abiding citizens from owning guns.
No felon will walk into Cabelas and ask for a gun, and then pass the background check. |

I believe in certification. Idiots should know how to use a gun before owning one. Most misfires happen because of idiots not knowing how to 'keep their finger off the trigger'.
Furthermore, the government before the NSGWP took control removed guns from the German people. Adolf and the NSGWP had nothing to do with it, which is a fact commonly overlooked by gun enthusiasts.
I am against Liberal gun control, and I am against Conservative anti-idiot control (with lack of a better term). |

I agree with certification but not stricter background checks.
Gun certification should not be a long process and could easily be done at gun vendors, and it couldn't possibly be manipulated into gun control (unless you live in California of course). |
