-MToU Training manual and guide for officers.
All trainings are usually high quality and very large/fun for our group. Although this may be true, there is much more than what you think that goes on behind the scences of a training. We do have a guide for wich activities go first.
1:All trainings must be started and ending with a firm greeting or reward towards your LRs infront of you in a STS line. -Although this does not seen important, it makes many LRs feel very well welcomed in our empire. [No punishment]
2: All trainings must consist in the following drills in to particular order:
Archery/throwing spears Swordsmanship Strategy Grammar Formations Faces
-Each part is required and you must give a brief explanation on what each does for you and how to do it. [Your rank]
3: All members participating in the training must be briefed on the current laws at the time of the training. - This helps them better understand the group and it ensures they rank up through MToU as a highly respected sailor,soldier. [Warning]
4:Hostiles will be immediately crashed at the start of the training. VIsitors must be warned not to interfere or they will be banned. - Ensures no flaming or spamming is encouraged at the time the training takes place. [Warning]
5:You MUST set an example for the members attending the training. This means they will move throughout the ranks as a respected officer. - This helps them better understand the group and it ensures they rank up through MToU as a highly respected sailor,officer. [Your rank]
Anything not covered in this guide should be common sense.
NOTE: There is a difference between an exercise and a training. A training is held by a Predator+ with a HR attending as a coordinator. -An exercise is anything that does not meet that criteria but it is hosted by a Savage+.
If 2 or more of these standards are not met, you will be demoted to the rank of Spearman.
