Would it be possible to host a distributed denial of service attack by logging a person's IP address in an in-game Script? ExLike the player joins and the script writes this in a Child script:
1.) Username: Randoms Ip: Then their IP address.
If you can do this then that is a serious issue. |

| yuou can get peoples Ip adress just do h4x when the player leaves (unfortunetly whtey have to leave) and with network in the Game descendant of Services. |

@OP Sorry, we aren't San Andreas Multiplayer. It will take more then a DDoSer to harm a server. ... I think. If not, ROBLOX is screwed.

| No, it isn't possible, because ROBLOX no longer stores IP addresses in a game service. Also, we'd have to know what ports are vulnerable, and evade their Firewall's built in detection systems. But, it would only be a DoS attack, because it would only be you or the server dossing them...... If you really want to DoS them, get them to download something that opens up a port on their FW, and DoS them that way, but it would be of no use to us, as they are just another person visiting our places while giving us Tix. |
