[TEMPORARILY UP FOR REPLIES, POST YOUR OPINION]
Alright since it's a bit too complicated and or messy for the other promotion system I am introducing a far more simpler system just for ONE event.
Today's update we will add in a points tally in the leader-board of the Training Holo. Each event you accomplish you will be rewarded a point, if you reach a specific amount of points you are eligible for promotion, regardless if you are late or not.
Goal: 20 points (Eligible for promotion beyond 20).
Completing O1 (obby 1): 1 point.
Completing O2: 1 point.
Completing O3: 2 Points
Completing O4: 2 Points
Completing O5 (since this is a teamwork obby, if the team manages to get one person to complete the obby everybody gets awarded 3 points).
PR Match (If your team successfully defends the terminal you get 4, if your teams successfully capture and hold the terminal you get 4 points).
TDM match: If your team successfully defeats the other team you are awarded 3 points.
Colors: The last person who remains and isn't called out gets awarded 2 points.
Sharks: The last person who remains and isn't killed by the shark gets awarded 2 points, if the shark kills everybody the shark gets 2 points (Meaning if the shark kills everybody before they reach the other box).
SFT Match: If you are the winner of SFT Green or SFT Red you achieve 5 points, what do I mean by SFT Green or SFT Red? Basically after everybody duels it out, you have two sides, the winners and the non-winners. The winners will battle it out either in 1v1's or FFA and the last one standing or last dueler wins 5 points. Same applies to non-winners. There should be two winners in the end (unless there's a tie).
IF NOT ENOUGH POINTS ARE REACHED BY ANYBODY MAKE SURE TO PLAY SOME MORE TDM MAPS, WE HAVE 4+ OF THEM. 2 TDM and 1 PR IS PREFERRED EVERY TRAINING.
Any suggestions? Leave them below. |

| It's all ingame, the HRs would use admin to change the points each time per training. Everybody starts off with 0 each training. |

Doing this means all of the good kids can go to the training and just win and get promoted, but the not as skilled but loyal kids don't get recognized or promoted.
I suggest you purchase a Database and apply a different point system that rewards on skill, loyalty, and activity.
but thats just my thought

@Flur
Skill is noted, not just activity and attendance.
I forgot to mention the "Extra Credit Points" at the bottom, where if you do exceptionally better then the others you are awarded +1 or +2. |

| Still a database would make this whole system 10 times easier to manage though. |

No matter how you can word it there is no way this system can go through without flaws (the way you have it set up)
I have thought of this a while ago to go into use for TDW but realized the flaws soon/helped find the flaws.

If you could comprehend what I was actually saying, I said all of the skilled boys and girls will be promoted and the active but loyal ones will be unrecognized due to the lack of organization in TDW atm.

This is all ingame, its like rewarding people points for completing a task in training, how is that hard?
Keeping track of EVERYBODIES points consistently 24/7 is for databases.
This is just for separate training's, you guys are missing the picture. |

Yes, but that is per training. Not per rank. How will you keep track of people's general amount of points after events? People will lie, lie A LOT if there's no way to manage that. |

If you get a database it can help you record who goes to TDW places, when, how long, how well they do, average time, etc.
A database would be a much better choice.

Celv what im saying is this is fine, It would just be easier if it saved.
So you can be like
To achieve L2: 5 Celvcoins
To achieve L3: 10 Celvcoins
To achieve L4: 20 Celvcoins
To achieve M5: 30 Celvcoins
Etc.
Im just saying this will be too easy for skilled people either way

Oh so you scrapped that idea? Okay, didn't notice. But still a database would prove to be a benefit for TDW on multiple ends. |
