Since we recently lost all points tracked in PBST as our now-previous HoS got exiled, I've been innovating interesting and effective ways of promoting members once a new security training zone is released.
Instead of using points to promote users, we could use something I named: 'Performance Analysis'. Essentially, trainers closely observe and judge every single trainee in a training and at the end of a training; they can receive either an A, B or C as their performance analysis.
'A' obviously means exceptional performance; the trainee has demonstrated excellent leadership skills, brilliant overall grammar, an ability to listen to instructions successfully, an ability to perform great in simulations and so forth.
'B' would evidently mean that the trainee has performed in a satisfactory manner; the trainee has shown most of the above, while other areas need improving.
'C' finally means that the trainee hasn't done quite well in the training, due to several probable reasons; lack of effort, lack of grammar, taking the training as a joke, not cooperating, teamkilling and so forth.
I'll now introduce the actual promotion system since I disclosed how to decide who to promote every training.
To earn 'Qualified' - a trainee must be handpicked or earn one A in a training.
To earn 'Special Tier 1' - a trainee must earn four A's in total (four training sessions minimum therefore). Two B's are equal to a single A. Earning a C results in losing an A. If a trainee is at three C's a punishment may be placed.
To earn 'Special Tier 2' - a trainee must earn six more A's (ten in total therefore ten training sessions minimum have to be attended)
To earn 'Special Tier 3' - an exceptionally-performing tier two may be handpicked for this rank; however, Pinewood high ranks automatically earn this. |
