EXECUTIVE ORDER - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RE-OPENING OF THE PENTAGON
My fellow Americans, today I present before you the fifth executive order released for this term.
I, KROTONIX, Acting President of the United States of America, hereby order the re-opening of the Pentagon at Washington D.C.
Accordingly, I hereby order:
Section 1. The Pentagon will be re-opened at Washington D.C, under the request of many military officials and United States citizens.
(i) The Pentagon will be located inside the United States Military Base at Washington D.C.
(a) The Pentagon will be ran and operated by the Department of Defense, which the Secretary of Defense shall command.
(b) The Pentagon will be restricted to Department of Defense officials, United States Military officials, the President and Vice President and those given special clearance.
(c) The Secretary of Defense shall decide who work for the Department of Defense and the Pentagon.
(d) The Pentagon shall be the main command center for all United States Military operations, raids, etc.
(e) Special clearance may be given by the President, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Join Chiefs of Staff, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, United States Military O-10 Generals. The Secretary of Defense or the President may decide to change who can give out special clearance. The Vice President shall not have a say in who may enter, as he/she has no military authority.
(f) The Pentagon will replace the meeting building that is currently in the military base, but a meeting room will in the Pentagon for meetings.
(g) The Department of Defense is not to leave United States Military grounds unless permission is given by the President, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Join Chiefs of Staff, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and United States Military O-10 Generals. The Secretary of Defense or the President may decide to change who can give out special clearance. The Vice President shall not have a say in who may enter, as he/she has no military authority.
(h) If the Pentagon is deemed useless than it shall be shutdown by executive order.
Section 2. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
