http://gyazo.com/50688cd28a3d3f1148086613a5069046 Check my Custom Joint out... 1 thing is though, I'm just Rotating it by the Velocity + Hit:GetMass(), so any suggestions to Rotate it both sides? I think maybe check the Hit.Position relative to Part.CFrame, but then I'd have to check the Faces manually if not adding those Joints with a Plugin, which will be quiet a challenge (but I think I'd be able to do it)... and the reason y I'd have to check the Faces is cos, I might have 1 Axis longer than the other, and so what if the brick hit's a certain chunk of the Part connected to the joint :/

WOW! :D u gave me a Motivation Speech just there! :DDD I NEVER heard anyone say 'Something Kapitanovas has made/will make will be/is useful' (at least I don't think so) Thnx, just motivated me! :D

| use physics instead of simple rotation. also use an easing techbique on.the rotation so its realistic and calculate force in the part with the joint will read. |

crescent, what y mean by use Physics instead? am trying to COMPLETELY remake the Joints... I will soon, I will also add in a 'Slow Rate Per Second' kind of thing (if u get what I mean)... what u mean 'calculate force in the part with the joint will read'?

I made 2 parts stacked on eachother, one has a hinge. On the hinge i made a long part, and i dropped a big aprt on the long part. Its just like what you did:

No offence Kap, but it looks like this will be entirely useless. They said at RDC that they will be fixing their physics stuff (hinges and stuff like that) soon.
Nice project though, and it does look really cool. |
