making an fps pvp version but with the same form of cramped corridor gameplay and practically 1 hit genestealers
hoping to make it over time so it'll be more of a side project.

not the most detailed corridors just making them and then going in to do details once the map is done |

ill describe it a little better
a team of maybe 4-6 people who are heavily armed and look heavily armored, move throughout the cramped corridors of a large ship where they are hunted by aliens known as genestealers.
compared to the genestealers, who will have unlimited lives depending on the objective, the terminator squad will each have one life and will have to move together as a team and occasionally split off from the group to cover corridors, doors, hallways, and etc to prevent genestealers from rushing around and killing the group. the terminator squad has a variety of weapons to combat the primarily close quarters genestealers such as flamers, storm bolters, power swords, and assault cannons just to name a few.
It is important to keep genestealers from getting into close quarters or else you'll probably die (unless you're absolutely lucky) because your health is comparably low to theirs, so it is IMPERATIVE you do not charge them and move cautiously or else you can easily get picked off.
The corridors will mostly make you move in single file lines, however there'll be doors and corridors that open up to other hallways and rooms that you may need to break off a terminator or two to cover while the rest move. |
