So basically, a player is chosen against a player after a map is chosen. The players go head to head: trying to collect orbs.
Orbs are obtained by hitting your oponenet or doing a combo attack on them. Once the timers up, whoever has the most "orbs" wins. The loser still gets points but not as much.

@Melod, I don't know. It's basically a sword fighting game but no death. It still could have game modes and so fourth. |

One guy would get more orbs and then run away for the whole time.

What if when you grab more orbs, you get slower and weaker, and the other person gets more strong and quick.
Then when the timer runs out, it goes to the final round. The one with more orbs is more powerful and fast, and the person with less orbs is weak and slow.
Also, instead of being with just swords, it could be like Strife, with lots of changing weapons and powers. :D |

that doesn't make sense
the more orbs you collect, the more slower you move, jump, etc. not "more orbs = weaker, slower"
make it slightly stronger and the other person does things with the normal speed and attacks with the normal damage

Also this belongs in the scripting section,where you have a mere chance of someone making the whole thing for you seeing that you can't code yourself. Here,you've got no chance of having a scripter making it unless you pay them hundreds or even thousands.

This is what I meant.
If one player gets SO many orbs, he gets weaker and slower as the other player gets an advantage.
When the timer runs out, the tides turn. The player with more orbs is stronger and vice-versa. After the timer has run out, the players are teleported back to the spawns. They can kill eachother in a classic sword-fight now.
If the player who was winning got stronger, it wouldn't be fair because the losing player would get completely discouraged after a while. The winning player would just keep winning.
I thought of this idea really quickly though, there might be some issues with it.
