Sometimes, a limited item is a huge flop. I think that the best way to fix that would to be to allow people to return items for a full refund, with the id being removed forever. That way, some people would get their money back, and because there are less id's available, others would be able to sell it for a profit.

Well, I guess that there could be a massive scam with people buying all of them and returning everything but a few, which would be sold for insanely high prices.

That could be solved with players being able to buy the items at the original price when it someone returns it for an hour or so

The sales on roblox are final, and thats how it will stay. It's up to the user to decide if it will be a flop or not before buying.

But why should sales be final?

Ever heard of the riptide? Its one of the wors failing limited gears. For this reason, people buy pages and pages of them. If everyone with pages and pages sold all but 1, it would become a highly projected limited.

So from my understanding projection is when somebody intentionally limits the supply of a limited item to sell at a higher price, and then puts the rest back on the market. This would not help it. When somebody returns a gear, someone else can buy it for the original price for a while, and then it is gone forever, keeping the prices somewhat permanent.
