Holy crap, it was painful. It happened in my calf. Couldn't move my leg for a bit and now it still hurts to walk on it.

I have a weird thing that happens in my calf I just rotate my foot and then it tenses up and hurts a lot.

Hmm, that is a bit weird. When I had the muscle spasm it kinda did the same thing, but I could feel and see the muscle like sticking out. After it ended the muscle went back to normal, but it was bad.

| @Paylay. Dehydrated. Drink water, and take in electrolytes. Potassium, sodium, carbohydrates, and B-complex. (Vitamin B-complex) That should stop it. |

Yeah, it was cause I was dehydrated. The night before I was on a 25 hour bus ride so I was sitting the whole time and I didn't get a lot of water.

No not really, haha. It happened cause I was stretching my legs right after I woke up, which I always do. I mean it woke me up though, thats a plus.

| @Paylay. Any time. Also, if you do rigorous activity, uptake of Protein, and pantothenic acid aids in repair, and rebuild of muscle tissue quickly. Vitamin C too. |
