Chapter I : Enlistment The Elites are the special forces of The Robloxian Army; tactical and highly trained combatants with a strategic vision, under direct command of the TRA High Command. They have a great source of skill, endurance and coordination – unified as one class. Their general purpose is to scout for new enemies, to fight final battles, and to gain confirmed victories over the enemy, and of course, to be TRA's finest. When we are looking for new elites, we are especially looking for skilled warriors, tacticians and leaders. We want people who can effectively work and communicate as a single fighting force, who know when to take orders and when to give them. Lack of ability is not tolerated and deems you unfit for a place in the Elites. ► Joining The Robloxian Army : Elites To join the Elites, you have to pass our enlistment process. The initial step in the process, is to get recognized. There are many ways, although one of them is heavily recommended. They seem similar to trainings, yet deviate in difficulty and purpose. They are referred to as 'try-outs'. Try-outs will be hosted periodically at the discretion of TRU+ members of TRAE. They will consist of various combat related exercises in which you will be evaluated on your abilities. If you have attended a try-out and done exceedingly well, you will be granted a battle test (BT) which will be the most challenging event you will ever face in your TRA career. At this point, you have been noticed and given a chance to prove yourself worthy, to a higher rate. You may also be recommended into the elites by a member of TRA that is deemed an officer, (rank of captain+) and has a higher rank than you. Upon receiving this recommendations which must be sent to a TRU+, you will be given a BT. The final way to earn a BT is to be recommended by a member of the elites. Any official member of TRAE can give recommendations to non-elites with at least the rank of SGT. This is true even if the elite is a lower rank than their candidate. ------[BATTLE TESTS]-------- The battle test consists out of one-to-one dueling in a private arena, where you will be assessed on more in-depth skill, knowledge and survival. A minimum grade of [105/140] is to be obtained in order to pass. Should you fail your test, practice even more and give it another try by attending a try-out. Practice makes perfect. You will not be allowed to take a BT for 2 weeks after a failed attempt. [*] You will be expected to follow the expectations upon being enlisted into our ranks, or else there will be consequences. [*] You must be a Private First Class (PFC) or higher to be able to receive a Battle Test. However, you can attend try-outs at any rank.
