You need to color the texture.
I've got an old video on how to edit textures of hat/meshes.
But I lost it, just search it on youtube.

Retexturing a color is simple open paint dot net open the file you want to retexture on toolbar look for adjustments adjustments>hue and saturation on the window that pops up, Hue is the actual color, Saturation is how faded out it is or how strong it is, Lighting makes it lighter or darker accordingly.

Go to studio Search the thing you want the textures from Right click on the model (or part, w/e) Click on export selection Go save it somewhere you can find it Find your texture Go to paint.net or whatever you use and kaboom recolour it
then if you want to add it to a mesh, go on properties Click on the texture (the box next to textureid) >edit texture (or something) and click on the recoloured texture thingy
