I've just had a rage-fest with Studio moments ago, but I'll try to compose myself.
Basically, Solid Modelling has actively been my favorite part, and most hated part of building these days. I'll keep this brief. After receiving Error 7, I had attempted to follow ROBLOX's advice to union the parts individually.
Unfortunately, with just my one unioned part alone, when I tried to separate it by itself, I recieved yet ANOTHER Error 7. The same occurred as I tried to simply negate the same part as a whole.
Had something gone wrong when I initially unioned this piece which prevented it from ever unioning with something else, and even took away it's potential to separate?
Sorry if I seem bitter, but in the fun cases of separating, I noticed how Studio began to duplicate the same two parts that were part of the union when I tried separating -- it was quite the taunt.
May I ask an admin to look into this issue? Although I can understand how I may encounter issues when unioning with other parts, I don't see the reason why I could have issues when simply separating something.

not sure what error 7 is, but check it's rotation, because if it's rotation is something like
X: 0 Y: 89.89374593475935789 Z: 0
then change that to 90, and it might help.
it worked for me.

| I've had that error a few times. And do what TFF2 said with the rotation and position (add .01 to the position if it's erroring). Otherwise I can't help you. |
