═────╡VEX Training Guide╞────═ ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Table of Contents╞────═ 1 – Introduction 2 – Training Rules 3 – Uniform Rules 4 – Hosting Regulations ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Introduction╞────═ This thread serves as a list of all the basic rules trainees should follow when attending a training. This guide also includes regulations that all high ranks/high commanders should follow when hosting a training. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Training Rules╞────═ These are the rules that all trainees should follow during a training. Anybody caught breaking these rules will be swiftly dealt with. This includes any high ranks/= who are attending the training and are not hosting or co-hosting. 1) When in the lobby/spectating line up shoulder to shoulder (STS) on the lines provided. 1a) When lining up fill the front lines first and line up from left to right (from the left corner, through the center, to the right corner). 1b) Do not leave big gaps in between each other but do not touch each other (hand hold). 1c) When in line do not jump around, use any /e commands, switch places constantly or push others from their spots. 2) Stay silent at all times unless you are given express permission by the host to speak. 3) Do not use Teamchat unless given permission to. 4) If you have an important question or have something important to say then ask for “PTS?” (Permission to speak), do not say anything else. If the host grants you permission to speak respond with your question/statement, if the host denies your request do not say anything. 5) Never beg for promotions. Promotions are a privilege not an entitlement, do not complain if you are not promoted. 6) Immaturity of any sort will not be tolerated. Flaming, taunting, complaining/whining, arguing and spamming of any sort are prohibited. 7) Refer to any high rank as Sir or Ma’am. 8) Check the Help GUI for any additional rules from the host. If the host sets any additional rules or gives any additional rules then follow them without question. Do not complain that these orders are not in the Training Guide. Disobeying any of these rules during a training will lead to you being punished appropriately. If you repeatedly disobey rules the host has every right to remove you from the training. Remember that these rules, and punishments, apply to any high rank attending the training who are not a host. Nobody is above the law. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Uniform Rules╞────═ 1) Everyone, regardless of rank, are required to wear the correct uniform if affordable. 2) If you are not wearing the uniform you should be willing to be characterised by the host. 3) No packages are permitted. 4) Only those in specific divisions may wear that division’s uniform. 5) Sashes are permitted. No T-shirts. 6) No custom uniforms are allowed. Only General+ may wear custom uniforms. Custom uniforms include (but are not limited to) any recolored or edited versions of the VE uniform. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Hosting Regulations╞────═ This section is aimed at high ranks who host training's. It sets some basic boundaries of what they should do, and not do, when hosting a training. 1) Do not host until the cooldown time is over. The cooldown helps prevent rapid training's and trainees being promoted too quickly. The cooldown time is 30 minutes. 2) Admin: High ranks have been given admin for a specific reason. It is not here to be abused and/or over used. Before you use admin think to yourself, is it really necessary? If it’s not, do not use it. 3) Co-Hosting: High ranks are permitted to select one person who is an Officer or above to co-host. 4) Other high ranks at training's: If a high rank attends a training and is neither a host nor a co-host then they have come to participate. If a high rank repeatedly breaks training rules then the host has every right to remove them. 5) Other high ranks/high commanders aren't allowed to come to your training's and attempt to take over unless they are Commander+. A high rank can only take over another high ranks training if he/she has the permission of the original host. If a high rank breaks any of these rules you should compile evidence and send the proof to a Commander+ and they will deal with the offender dependant on the severity of their offence. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Written by AngerAttak |

| You say no T-shirts, but ANZAC day is coming up, so if a national/global event occurs where symbols are involved, are we allowed to wear T-shirts with the symbols on them? (eg. ANZAC Day - Poppy) |
