Mental diseases are a lie. Physical conditions are a lie. Pain is a lie. Thinking is a lie. Emotions are a lie.
So don't question it. |

People didn't have autism 50 years ago
It's made up because people are bad parents and dont want to blame themselves so they coddle their kids and blame their brain illness

@Layzner I have aspergers and I can safely say it doesn't belong there.

Autism has nothing to do with "badly behaved kids". Autism is mainly categorized by social anxiety and lack of social skills.
People with autism quite commonly are very well behaved and are fine in professional and educational settings. |

I'm pretty sure Autism has been around for a looong while. It's not a lie nor an excuse, and you'd be surprised how many smart and successful people in the past had Autism.
You're stinking up the subforum. |

"Autism is mainly categorized by social anxiety and lack of social skills" That is the worst excuse for a mental illness I have ever seen. |

This has nothing to do with mental illness. The hell are you even talking about? |

"This has nothing to do with mental illness" Regardless, that is a lame excuse to say someone has "autism". |

@Master If it was taken off then wouldn't that mean you technically don't have it or is it just not seen as a mental disorder anymore? |

"definition" Having two common traits means someone has autism? Yeah, no. Autism shouldn't even be a thing. |

No, that was never even implied by my statement at all. Your poor attempt of a straw man is pathetic. |
