My fellow Americans,
Yesterday, horrific events occurred within our nation. Pandemonium arrived at a time we would've never expected. Two former loyal federal judges, and great citizens, decided to resign from their position in the United States, and they then declared an unofficial “purge” at all American cities. These two individuals caused havoc within our people, as many of them were killing each other and other horrible crimes.
As the President of this Nation, I shall not tolerate the acts from these individuals, and I was forced to declare martial law to try and resume the peace; which was gladly successful. A few moments before doing so, Austria backed off from an alliance we had, and decided to send their people to go and add weight to the crisis we were dealing with. These actions are unacceptable, and as this is written, their citizens are still taking part in criminal activities. I will NOT tolerate that either.
As of now, all Austrian Citizens are banned from entrance in ANY Executive Branch agencies, as they are a threat to National Security. All Austrian Citizens that are also US Citizens and in Executive Branch agencies have 48 hours to leave Austria before being exiled.
Martial law has been lifted at around 6:30 PM EST tonight, and if attacks arise once again, it might be brought back into action. I would encourage all Americans to report any suspicious activity to the Department of Homeland Security or to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It will be dealt with.
Thank you,
Lumidas,
President of the United States. The White House.

| As a former Austrian Armed Forces member, I can second that Austria had no records of declaration to attack NUSA. |

The funny thing is that instead of punishing individuals you choose to punish people as a whole. Quite wrong don't you think? Just because one person does something, doesn't mean they all do. There were a number of people in Austria that were harmless federal/goverment workers, and they are forced to choose between two wonderful nations.
Presidential Logic.
