-First Encounter Assault Recon Training Guidelines Version 4.0-
The Guidelines/Rules are as follows:
1. Uniform check must occur before the start of every training and anyone lacking one should be :char ‘ed by the trainer. Sashes are recommended to display your rank but not required. Custom uniforms are not allowed whilst at a FEAR event. Please check the new division list to see if the uniform you are wearing is allowed. We always wish to honor our allies however as of late there have been many FEAR members wearing allied uniforms simply for the looks, thus if you are found to be in a FEAR Division, or a rank other than diplomat you will be asked to change to an Official FEAR uniform.
2. The host and his/her co-host are the only ones who may use admin at a given training unless it is an emergency such as a exploiter.
3. Individual training rules must be posted each training in the form of a clone or a rule board. The rules must be in-depth and not consist of phrases such as “use common sense”.
4. Profanity at any training event or lesson is not tolerated and the Venezian who swears will be warned and reported to the Military Police for punishment.
5. Two hours is the maximum amount of time a training may last unless a VCO+ approves.
6. Back to back events such as an RCL training followed by an RCL training are not allowed unless a period of an hour or more separates the two.
7. Any one trainer can only host up to three times in one day to prevent them from dominating the shout.
8. This rule is in response to an overall lack of trainer knowledge of how to improve along with helping Supervisors for F.M.A. gauge how many points they should award. (Foreshadowing to new FMA point system). At the end of every training BEFORE PROMOTIONS the host must ask the trainees to post on the wall to rate their training from 1-10 and may not view the wall until after they have dismissed. FEAR soldiers may also include a written response if they feel necessary.
9. All “Training” shouts will be different from this point on. There are two types of “trainings” now. Please note promotions will not differ from the previous methods and will be awarded at both events. Practice - Will be shouted as [PRAC] and will be the most common considering a practice is an event in which a trainer primarily runs simulations and drills but does little to no teaching. Trainings - Will continue to be shouted as [TRAIN] however will consist of the trainer being required to explain different methods and educate the soldiers present how to succeed.
-Any other rules are to be governed by each individual training.-
These rules are allowed to be rewritten with approval by the department of training at any time and new ones posted.
Update Log: Rule 1 edited to reflect pride that comes with being a FEAR member Rule 5 edited wording Rule 8 edited to attempt to qualm public unease Rule 1 edited to reflect recent progressions. [3.0] Rule 9 added with extreme importance. [3.0]
Hail Venezia!
