SENATE RULE CHANGE ON LEADER HOSTED SESSIONS
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Seeing that someone selected by a small minority of the Senate presiding over our sessions is quite ridiculous, this rule change ensures that people selected by the majority of the Senate will be the ones to preside over it.
SEC. 1. Role of the Minority Leader
1: Upon the implementation of this rule change, Minority Leaders will no longer be able to host senatorial sessions, as they are not chosen by the majority of the Senators.
2: Upon the implementation of this rule change, Minority Leaders will also no longer be able to put up forums in the shout for voting, as they are not chosen by the majority of the Senators, however they may of course place bills on the docket on behalf of their party members, assuming that they are able to post on it.
SEC. 2. Upholding the Majority Leader
1: As he or she is chosen by a majority of the Senators, Majority Leaders will still be able to host sessions and put up bills for voting.

| Majority leaders like in state legislatures should be considering the President Pro Tempore. Here it should be considered the 2nd one in case Suffer is absent. |
